Previously, a dispute arose between West and Censori when they were permanently barred from an Italian boat rental business due to their public indecency incident that occurred in Italy the previous summer.

 

The pair stirred up debate as they were seen publicly displaying affection on a gondola-like boat in Venice, with West inadvertently revealing his unclothed bottom to astonished onlookers.

In the images, the American rapper was found sitting at the rear of a river boat, while his Australian spouse leaned her head on his lap.

The boat rental company, Venezia Turismo Motoscafi, had previously informed Daily Mail Australia that West and Censori were no longer allowed to use their boats following a specific incident.

Simultaneously, some people criticizing online claimed that West’s revealing outfit was equivalent to ‘indecent exposure’, an offense punishable by a fine of up to €309 (AU$520) as per the ruling of the Italian Constitutional Court.

 

One commenter expressed disapproval by asking, “Why haven’t these two been charged for inappropriate public behavior?” Another concurred, stating, “This kind of behavior is offensive to public decency. Save such actions for the privacy of your personal space.

The Italian authorities should take action against those individuals, as their indecent behavior in public is highly offensive and inappropriate, likely to have been witnessed by onlookers, including children.

During their vacation in Italy last month, West and Censori attracted outrage from locals due to their unconventional clothing selections. Particular criticism was directed towards Censori for his choice of attire that appeared quite revealing in the traditionally conservative Catholic nation.

On multiple instances, the woman with dark hair was seen wearing sheer ensembles that revealed her chest area.
