It seems that Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu’s close friend is suggesting that there might be additional details to the narrative following Scott Thomas’ disclosure about her reaching out to him on social media.

On Monday, the actress, aged 30, drew attention as she stepped back into the villa more than three years since her victory in the ITV dating series alongside ex-partner Davide Sanclimenti.

Establishing herself as the season’s standout, Ekin-Su seized the opportunity to steal one of the male contestants, leaving a seemingly flustered Scott to clarify his stance.

Following his relationship with India Reynolds, who is 34 years old, Scott confided to her, saying, “She reached out to me a few times through direct messages.

Yet, several hosts on the Love Island: Morning After Podcast speculate that there could be additional details to the situation, suggesting that Scott may be attempting to share his perspective before Ekin-Su reveals the true account of events.

A scene from the spin-off program showed Indiyah Polack, Amy Hart, and Alex Bowen talking about the exchange of messages between Scott and Ekin.

Indiyah implied that perhaps Scott had turned things around, meaning he was the one who initiated contact with her first. This idea seemed to be supported by both Amy and Alex.

Posting the clip on Instagram, a specific comment attracted attention when Ekin-Su’s verified account responded with a string of eye emoji symbols and a caption in writing.

The friend of Ekin-Su seemed to concur with the panel’s comments and subtly indicated that the previous winner might reveal the truth about what truly occurred.

Scott’s twin Adam, 36, then buried his head in his hands and added: ‘She’s gonna pick Scott’. 

At this moment, Scott disclosed that Ekin-Su had contacted him, which caused quite a commotion within the Thomas family household, causing Adam from Emmerdale to leap from his chair in surprise.

Instead, the scene transitioned directly to the end credits, keeping the audience guessing about which three boys Ekin-Su had selected for a garden date.

Ryan exclaimed, “Goodness gracious, Scott, what’s happening here? Please reconsider, we won’t find out the answer until tomorrow.” And then, his mother’s voice could be heard in the background saying, “We won’t know for sure until tomorrow, you understand.

‘I’m dying,’ Ryan said, before Adam replied: ‘Call Scott right now and find out what happened.’

On Monday’s debut episode, viewers decided to match up the single contestants, choosing to rekindle the romance between Marcel Somerville, aged 39, and Gabby Allen, aged 32. This was six years after their relationship ended following the 2017 series, where Marcel, a member of Blazing Squad, was unfaithful.

Additionally, Scott and India found themselves as a pair due to public voting, expressing their eagerness to explore potential romantic feelings as they had been close friends for quite some time.

Host Maya Jama then unveiled the show’s first bombshell in the form of Ekin-Su.

It became known that the surprise choice was permitted to take one of the handsome men, as the program concluded with an unresolved suspense.
