Kristin Cavallari slashes over $1M off the price of her renovated Tennessee country estate

Kristin Cavallari has reduced the asking price for her stylish 6,788-square-foot countryside villa in Franklin, Tennessee, to $9.95 million – a move made approximately seven months after initially listing the 28-acre property at $11 million on the real estate market.

On Sunday, the host of the Let’s Be Honest podcast, who recently turned 38, reduced the price of his three-story, single-family house by $1.05 million. He had previously told My Domaine that this property represents his home for the foreseeable future. In simpler terms, after saying he saw himself living in this house for a long time, the podcast host lowered its price by over a million dollars three years later.

Back in April 2020, Kristin bought a farmhouse that was nine years old for a price of $3 million. That was also the month she declared her legal separation from her husband Jay Cutler, marking an end to their seven-year marriage (their divorce became final in 2022).

Later, Cavallari collaborated with interior designer April Tomlin to undertake a comprehensive 18-month makeover. This included stripping down the kitchen, completing the basement, updating the bathrooms, overhauling her spacious walk-in closet, installing an in-ground pool, and constructing a greenhouse.

“Coming back to this place feels wonderful for me. I could rave endlessly about Tennessee, it has a calming effect on me and I feel incredibly relaxed here.

Kristin’s generous kitchen showcases modern equipment, an expansive quartzite counter island, and a roomy pantry you can stroll into.

Cavallari’s home features a main suite, along with three private bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one shared bathroom.

Previously dating Morgan Wallen, she took care to install a luxurious sauna and spacious gym within the lower level of their home, transforming it into a personal wellness getaway.

Kristin is extremely grateful that her kids – Camden (age 12), Jaxon (age 10), and Saylor (age 9) – can spend their entire day enjoying outdoor play.

Cavallari clarified that the second level primarily functions as the children’s area. This floor encompasses all three of their bedrooms, a playroom, a creative space for arts and crafts, and a game room.

“Having bees, honey, and a chicken coop truly brings me joy. It’s also wonderful to impart life skills like these to my children. It’s fascinating for them to collect eggs from our coop, which adds a unique twist to their upbringing – a stark contrast to how I was raised.

Situated 21 miles south of Nashville lies the property owned by this woman who was born in Denver. This estate boasts a 3,070-square-foot guest house, along with a vegetable garden, apple trees, and berry bushes.

Currently, Kristin is in a new relationship with a 40-year-old former athlete, who also has kids, following the conclusion of her 7-month romance with Mark Estes in September.

On March 7th, Cavallari is set to commence her ‘Headline Tour’ for her ‘Let’s Be Honest’ series at the Buckhead Theater, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Previously, the former star of Very Cavallari gained popularity through her appearances on two MTV series, Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County (from 2004 to 2006), and The Hills (from 2009 to 2010).
