Bluey is getting its first LEGO sets

This year, Bluey will be receiving its very first LEGO sets, thanks to a fresh collaboration between BBC Studios and a renowned toy manufacturer.

6 LEGO Bluey playsets are set for release in 2025, with details to be unveiled in the spring. A countdown timer has been initiated on the LEGO website’s Bluey section, scheduled to conclude on March 1st.

It’s been made official that six new collections are set to debut within both the LEGO 4+ and LEGO Duplo product ranges.

Michaela Edgerley Stovicek, head of preschool at the LEGO Group, expressed great excitement about merging the realms of LEGO Play and Bluey, in collaboration with BBC Studios.

This partnership has taken some time to materialize, but we strongly feel it’s a perfect fit, benefiting young construction professionals and families just the same.

Julie Kekwick, head of licensing hardlines consumer products at BBC Studios, expressed her excitement about collaborating with the LEGO Group on the Bluey project!

Julie mentioned that she anticipates builders can indulge in “additional creative play, sparked by the Heelers,” once the new releases become available.

On the authentic Bluey site, it’s indicated that the upcoming LEGO items will become available in June 2025… in the actual world!

Due to Bluey’s widespread popularity, numerous spin-offs have been produced such as toys, live performances, and even a family meal collection at Gousto, modeled after the series.

This cartoon show centers around a lively quartet of blue heelers – Bluey, her sprightly little sister Bingo, their dad Bandit, and their mom Chilli.

It was announced that there will be a full-length movie about the character Bluey, which is scheduled to debut in 2027. Meanwhile, its creator Joe Brumm has shared plans for a hiatus from the television series.

In my own words, I’ve consistently maintained that I wouldn’t continue the series if I didn’t believe I could create a fresh season equal to or better than the previous one. To be honest, this was a real concern for me regarding a potential Season 4.

Let me clarify, this isn’t a statement indicating the end of our beloved show, but rather, I wanted to share that my attention will shift towards working on a film.
