In August, I unfortunately encountered a sticky situation involving questionable PPP loans I had obtained during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, it seems, I’m facing a lawsuit for alleged fraud related to the Paycheck Protection Program and funds taken from the state of California.
During the pandemic, it was alleged that Humansky and his real estate firm, commonly referred to as The Agency, unjustly acquired approximately $3.5 million in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funds through fraudulent means.
