Davina McCall, a star from The Masked Singer UK, recently gave her followers an update about her fitness progress, exactly two months following a surgery where they removed a brain tumor.
In November, it was disclosed that Davina had been diagnosed with a non-cancerous brain growth, which she was scheduled for surgery to remove.
After undergoing surgery, the television host has been updating her followers, mentioning that her short-term memory isn’t perfect at the moment, but she is making progress towards recovery.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m back to my fitness routine! Been lacing up my shoes for a daily walk. Yesterday, I squeezed in a quick 15-minute session at the gym, and here’s a peek at my workout!
In the caption, Davina admitted to having significantly reduced muscle mass after her surgery. She also shared her plan to maintain a healthy diet and put in extra effort at training sessions.
As a dedicated fan, I can tell you that Davina wanted to assure everyone she wouldn’t push herself too hard. Instead, she plans on taking things easy and savoring each moment, focusing intently on what her body is telling her.
In the video, Davina shared that she had significantly reduced her cardiovascular health, expressing joy about engaging in activities beneficial for her physical well-being.
Earlier, when discussing her temporary memory issues, Davina mentioned that she was “feeling significantly improved” and expressed gratitude for the exceptional care provided by her family.
She mentioned that she’s currently focusing on getting plenty of rest in order to recuperate, and she’s noticed a significant improvement in her short-term memory as a result. It’s clear to her just how crucial sleep is for her overall recovery process.
If I find myself perplexed or unable to focus, I simply take a nap and upon waking, I feel rejuvenated and revitalized. This tells me that my brain requires ample rest. I just wanted to express my gratitude for your continuous encouragement; thank you all so much!
