Apex Legends ‘Astral Anomaly’ Event Returns With Launch Royale LTM and New Rewards
In a nostalgic throwback to its 2019 origins, Apex Legends has reintroduced the “Royal Launch” limited-time game mode. This includes vintage weapons, characters, abilities, and rules, all set against familiar backdrops. What makes it interesting is that you can now engage in this blast from the past on any of the Apex Legends Battle Royale maps.
15 unique, out-of-this-world cosmetic items are available for players to acquire during the Astral Anomaly Event in the Launch Royale map rotation. These include the ‘Anarchonaut’ skin for Alter and Horizon’s ‘Dark Horizon’ skin. The maps featured in this rotation are Kings Canyon, World’s Edge, Olympus, Storm Point, Broken Moon, and District.
By accomplishing daily tasks on Earning Bytes, you’ll not only gain the ability to acquire prizes from the Astral Anomaly Shop within the game, but also expect an extensive update, or as we like to call it, a significant patch. This update includes adjustments for balancing, modifications to weapons and certain characters known as Legends, alterations across multiple game modes, and numerous bug fixes to ensure smooth gameplay.
The Astral Anomaly Incident is currently unfolding within “Apex Legends: From the Rift”, on platforms like Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and personal computers.
