Ariana Grande clarifies she is ‘four years clean’ from beauty injections after Botox quip

Ariana Grande is clearing up the recent comment she made about Botox and Juvederm.

During her acceptance speech for the Rising Star Award at the Palm Springs Film Festival on Friday, the 31-year-old pop sensation humorously acknowledged, ‘I never imagined, at this age, I’d be called a “rising star” once more. So, let me begin by expressing my gratitude to my dear friends, Botox and Juvederm.’

However, the supposedly wicked woman claims to have been free from cosmetic injections for four years now, despite her joking remarks suggesting otherwise.

After delivering her acceptance speech, she reassured the ET, saying, “I’ve remained sober up until now, and I will keep you updated once I resume my treatments.

She underscored her intent, saying, “I truly want to be open and honest as the founder of r.e.m. beauty. I believe it’s crucial for transparency in this role.

She expressed fondness for and backing of it, while also sharing that she’s been abstinent for four years. Pointing to her skin, she admitted, “I really appreciate those lines.

Grandes also expressed her gratitude during her performance on Friday night, saying, “I was expecting to hear ‘fading star’ or ‘wilting star’ by now, but thank you for proving me wrong.

Previously, I openly shared about the cosmetic treatments I’ve undergone and those I might opt for in the future as a follower keenly interested in my appearance.

In a Vanity Fair lie detector test segment alongside her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo, she revealed some of her beauty tips.

Grandes affirmation that she did not undergo a nose and breast augmentation procedure was backed up by the polygraph examiner, who verified her honesty.

When asked if she ever got a ‘facelift,’ the star replied, ‘No, not yet. I’m open.’ 

Ariana Grande confessed to having injectable fillers and Botox treatments in different parts of her body, but she halted these procedures approximately four years back.

Previously recognized as a child star on Nickelodeon, she was inquired about undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. In response, she chuckled and replied, ‘Please leave this topic behind.’

‘Yes,’ she joked, prompting the polygraph examiner to clarify, ‘She’s being deceptive.’

Grande stated that she has no plans on getting a BBL. It’s not something she feels inclined towards, and she’s comfortable with her decision.

Furthermore, she asserted that she had not undergone a procedure known as a ‘fox eye lift’, claiming that she was unaware of its existence until the allegations were made against her.

‘I discovered it through people who thought I did and I said thank you,’ she noted.

After the film festival, the singer took to Instagram to thank everyone for recognizing her acting abilities in Wicked, the movie version of the beloved play, directed by Jonathan Chu.

She started the caption of her post, expressing heartfelt gratitude, saying “Many thanks for this wonderful recognition @psfilmfest.” The post showcased images from an unforgettable night.
