On Christmas Day, Nicole Kidman and her spouse, Keith Urban, marked the occasion by attending a church service in Sydney.

The Hollywood actress and the musician, both 57, have returned Down Under for the festive season with their two daughters Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 14.

On Christmas morning, the family residing in Nashville continued with their cherished customs, commencing the day with an early visit to St. Francis Xavier Church in Lavender Bay for a worship service.

The chapel serves as the local house of worship for the Kidmans, holding great significance for them because it was the venue for the funeral services of Nicole’s parents, Janelle and Anthony.

On Christmas Day, Nicole gracefully emerged, dressed in a chic black gown featuring a ruffled collar, complemented by stylish dark sandals.

As a devoted follower, I carried my necessities in a chic black bag and donned a pair of dark sunglasses as I united with my family at the service.

Keith sported an equally sharp appearance in a powder-blue shirt and beige trousers, complementing his ensemble with a pair of black sneakers and stylish aviator shades.

On Sunday, the entire family – including daughters Sunday and Faith – gathered together to begin their cherished Christmas Day customs, marking a special moment for the couple.

It is thought that Nicole Kidman’s two adopted kids, Isabella, aged 31, and Connor, 29, from her previous relationship with Tom Cruise, did not accompany her on her recent trip to Australia.

Nicole returned to Australia to rejoin her younger sister Antonia (age 54) and the entire family for their initial Christmas celebration following the passing of their mother, Janelle.

During this mixed-emotion phase, everyone in the family has come together to offer mutual support, as they’re all celebrating the holidays together.

The church that Nicole and her family regularly visit and where they celebrated Christmas services for many years, carries a deep significance for them.

Additionally, they bid farewell to Nicole’s mom, Janelle, at that location in September. The entire family gathered together for her funeral service.

Approximately ten years ago, Nicole’s father, Antony, was also laid to rest at St. Francis Xavier Church on September 19, 2014.

Nicole, along with Keith and their daughters, attended the church recently – not their first visit since Janelle’s funeral – which occurred just before Christmas on a Monday.

In September, at the age of 84, it was tragically Janelle who passed away, mere hours prior to Nicole receiving the Best Actress accolade for her role in Babygirl at the Venice Film Festival.

Every Christmas season, it’s customary for Nicole to fly home to Australia, and she along with Keith frequently hold New Year’s Eve parties at their apartments located on Sydney Harbour.

Over the past ten years, Nicole has purchased two penthouses in the exclusive North Sydney Latitude building and then combined them to make a mega-apartment. 

Over the Christmas holiday, Nicole is sure to reconnect with her sister Antonia and her entire family in Sydney.

Recently, members of the Kidman family got together for a celebratory gathering following Antoinette’s trip to Nashville to visit Nicole earlier in the month.

I had the pleasure of being accompanied by my daughters, Lucia, who is 26 years old, and Sybella, aged 17, as we embarked on our journey together. We soared across skies en route to Nicole’s stunning $4.9 million mansion in Nashville.

She also has two younger sons Nicholas, ten, and Alexander, eight, with her second husband Craig.
