Reacher’s Alan Ritchson debuts blonde hair transformation for new movie
As a long-time fan who has followed Alan Ritchson’s career since his days as Thaddeus “Thaddaeus” Callahan in Smallville, it’s always exciting to see him take on new roles and challenge himself. His transformation into a blonde-haired character for The Man with the Bag is just another testament to his versatility as an actor.
As I eagerly follow the latest updates on “The Man with the Bag,” I can’t help but notice that our very own Reacher, Alan Ritchson, has unveiled a fresh new look – his stunning blonde hair! Photos from the film set have started circulating online, leaving fans like me in awe of this transformation.
In a collaborative move, the actor is joining forces with Arnold Schwarzenegger for an upcoming holiday-themed comedy. This film will be helmed by director Adam Shankman, who is known for his work on “Hairspray” and “Disenchanted.” The partnership was initially announced in June 2023.
In this movie, we trace Santa’s journey as he misplaces his enchanted sack, prompting him to turn to his list of mischievous kids in search of aid. Eventually, it’s the character portrayed by Ritchson, named Vance, who comes to his rescue.
In order to fit the character, the actor changed the upper part of his naturally brown hair to a soft, almost golden shade. This isn’t a major transformation, but it gives him a more approachable appearance that suits the lighter, less intense tone of this upcoming production.
In another image from the filming, we also see Schwarzenegger with Ritchson.
It appears that Arnold is taking on the role of Santa Claus, given the presence of a white beard and red attire, though the traditional imagery has been softened.
The actor known for playing the Terminator character is set to appear in his first holiday movie since 1996’s “Jingle All the Way,” and he recently posted on Instagram, “It’s terrific to be filming ‘The Man with the Bag’ alongside @alanritchson.

The third season, starting on February 20, is planned as a screen version of the 2003 Lee Child novel titled “Persuader.
Man with the Bag will be released on Prime Video, although it doesn’t have a release date yet.
