As a die-hard fan of the Rolling Stones and a connoisseur of celebrity relationships, I must say that Ronnie Wood and his wife Sally have captured my heart with their charming story. Being an old soul myself, I’ve always admired those who find love late in life, and their 12-year union is a testament to the power of love and understanding.

Ronnie Wood’s wife Sally has revealed the secret behind the couple’s happy 12-year marriage.

Since 2012, this pair has been happily married, having pledged their love in a private ceremony held at The Dorchester Hotel in London after six months of courtship. Rod Stewart had the honor of being their best man during the event.

Nine years prior, they first encountered each other at her workplace, the Theatre Royal. In the year 2016, they became parents to girls named Gracie Jane and Alice Rose.

Currently, Sally, aged 46, has shared details about her life with the iconic Rolling Stones musician, now 77 years old, in a recent interview. She also offered a peek into the joyful nature of their married life.

According to Sally, she and her partner share a great deal of time together, as they have a strong bond. They consider themselves fortunate since they enjoy spending time at home with their daughters, watching TV, dining at fine restaurants, and engaging in these activities regularly.

Simultaneously, Sally mentioned that contrary to popular belief, the pair don’t live a rock-and-roll life. Instead, they find joy in staying up late, immersed in reading books or watching television. They can be described as ‘night owls’.

She went on to provide an honest peek into her routine: “I drive the girls to school each day, while Ronnie sleeps from 2 am to 5 am. I believe he does this because he’s accustomed to performing until 10 or 11 pm at night, so he needs time to unwind afterward. You see, we’re typically night owls since I’ve always worked in theaters at night. Usually, Ronnie wakes up around noon.

Though they seem blissfully content with their current life together, there’s a sparkle in Sally’s eyes that hints at the possibility of us reaffirming our promises to each other in the future. After all, who knows what the future holds for Ronnie and me?

She mentioned that it was an excellent concept. They performed a small ritual when they had been married for five years. This took place at their local church, and they involved the girls in the process. Now, they have reached twelve years of marriage, suggesting they’ve been kept occupied by the twins.

Previously, Sally commended her musical companion, yet expressed a desire that their significant age difference wasn’t as pronounced.

She shared with The Telegraph, “He matches me perfectly. He’s incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and full of warmth. I’d rather avoid ‘nice’, as it seems too ordinary. Instead, he’s hilarious, considerate, affectionate, and warm-hearted.

In terms of our age difference, she mentioned: “Yes, I see that. I wish it weren’t so, but it is. For me to be honest, I felt compelled to state: ‘I find it challenging due to the age gap.’

Last month, Sally showed her unwavering support by attending the debut of Ronnie’s personal art exhibit at the Andrew Martin store on Walton Street in Chelsea with him.

Ronnie sported a sharp, fittingly formal appearance in a sleek black tailored suit and pristine white dress shirt, confidently addressing passersby before entering the building.

In the meantime, Sally was there to assist her spouse, drawing attention in a floral minidress, paired with see-through black tights and traditional black shoes.

Apart from his involvement with The Rolling Stones, Wood has garnered recognition and amassed a substantial income through his enthusiasm for artistic pursuits.

Last year, the artist amassed over 1 million pounds from selling his artwork, as documented in financial records submitted in 2023, showing an impressive profit of approximately £1,437,277 the year before.

In the 1960s, he uncovered his knack for painting at Ealing Art College, a place where future luminaries like Freddie Mercury and Pete Townshend were also honing their skills.

After finding fame, Ronnie picked up a paint brush again in the 80s.

He previously said: ‘When I am painting, I lose track of time. I get engrossed. It’s great’.

In March 2023, one of his works was revealed, showcasing The Rolling Stones, including the late drummer Charlie Watts, apparently playing on a Cuban street.
