The Southeast Asian adaptation of “Racing Master,” known as “Racing Master SEA,” is preparing for its launch, aiming to debut sometime between March and April 2025. Following this regional release, the popular racing game by NetEase Games plans a global unveiling in the second half of 2025.

Although the official announcement in the Discord server mentioned that the SEA launch of Racing Master was “coming soon,” a moderator clarified that the SEA launch is expected between March and April 2025.

Initially unveiled in March 2021, Racing Master was jointly developed by NetEase Games and Codemasters, a branch of Electronic Arts, promising an exceptionally realistic racing adventure tailored for mobile gamers. The game embarked on its initial beta testing phase in October 2021, offering pioneering players the chance to delve into its intricacies and explore its features.

Back in July 2022, I participated in the third round of closed beta testing for a game on Android in Canada. Then, in April 2023, I was part of another beta test for the same game in China. Fast forward to November of that year, and I got my hands on the fourth closed beta test, this time on Android in the United States, which had just started that month. Finally, in August 2024, the game we’d all been testing, Racing Master, officially launched for both mobile and PC platforms in Japan. It’s been quite a ride!
