Maggie stepped up to care for her dearest friend’s little girl, Ella, following Jessica’s passing. This arrangement, which included Ella’s uncle, Kevin, was shared custody. It was an aspiration of Maggie’s, but it required a sacrifice on her part.

As a gamer, I get why some folks might feel frustrated with this move, as it appears to set Maggie back a bit. However, let’s remember that life isn’t about having it all at once; it’s about making tough choices when necessary.
