As reported by Deadline, the actor is set to team up with Alicia Silverstone from Clueless, Oliver Hudson, Jameela Jamil of The Good Place, and Pierson Fodé in the upcoming holiday romantic comedy titled A Merry Little Ex-Mas.
The narrative penned by Holly Hester centers around a divorcing pair, who aim to celebrate one final Christmas with their children, before the wife puts the family house up for sale and embarks on a new chapter in life.
Nevertheless, matters become intricate when the husband introduces his impressive new companion for a shared vacation experience.
Under the Hartbreak Films label, Melissa Joan Hart and her mom, Paula Hart, are set to produce this upcoming film. Sarah Michelle Gellar will take on an executive producer role, while Steve Carr has been signed up to direct the project.
