As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, Eddie Redmayne is set to appear in the Warner Bros. Pictures suspenseful film titled “Panic Carefully.” He will be joined on screen by Meryl Streep and Elizabeth Olsen, who is known for her roles within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Assuming responsibility for the scriptwriting is Sam Esmail, known for his work on Mr. Robot. He’s also set to take charge as director of this venture. The storyline details are currently confidential.

This project signifies a rekindling of the partnership between Roberts and Esmail, who previously worked together on the popular Netflix series “Leave the World Behind” from last year.

On several occasions, Esmail and Roberts have collaborated, with Esmail having directed Roberts for the initial season of Homecoming.

Earlier, during an interview with Digital Spy, Roberts shared insights about teaming up with director Sam for the 2023 psychological thriller titled ‘Leave the World Behind’. He expressed: “I felt I grasped Sam’s method, which is incredibly effective and he’s exceptionally intelligent.

“His idea of setting tone and where he comes from musically. He would play music on the set for us and he creates an entire universe, so it really is a fun place to get to go to work because he supplies everything.

“It’s like … all the tools in the toolbox are just open and available to you every day.”

Currently, Redmayne is featured in the Sky Original remake of the popular hitman series titled “The Day of the Jackal”.

The final episode of the television series based on Frederick Forsyth’s 1971 novel “The Day of the Jackal”, a hit among viewers, was broadcast on December 12.

The Day of the Jackal airs on Sky Atlantic and streams on NOW. It’s available on Peacock in the US.
