According to multiple insiders on set, things turned sour from the moment the couple sat down. 

Okay, so it wasn’t one of those awkward starts where people chat about the weather. No, these two jumped right into it – it was immediately clear they were about to clash, a total showdown! You could just feel the tension, like they were both ready to fight. It wasn’t a conversation, it was a battle waiting to happen, and honestly, I was living for it!

‘You could feel it straight away,’ one source tells me.

‘Everyone knew this wasn’t going to be a normal dinner party.’

Gia, still raw and emotional following her exit days earlier, walked in wanting answers. 

Unlike the other person, Scott had accepted the relationship was over and wasn’t trying to fix it. He seemed determined to end things for good.

According to multiple insiders present on set, it was Gia who made the first move.

She was clearly still upset about leaving the experiment so suddenly, and she started reading a letter she had written to Scott.

She went on to describe the toll the experience had taken on her.

‘This experiment has left me emotionally exhausted,’ she said. 

Although her letter wasn’t written in anger, it was filled with sadness and confusion, showing she hadn’t yet found peace with the situation.

Scott’s letter changes everything 

If Gia’s letter set the tone, Scott’s completely upended it. 

Although some of the cast thought Gia might have planned something in advance, nobody anticipated that Scott would be prepared too.

According to a source, everyone was surprised when he revealed it. Apparently, no one had any idea he’d been writing anything at all.

Insiders shared that Scott’s delivery of his letter was calm, composed and devastatingly final.

I really hoped to find a genuine connection with someone through this experience,” he said. “Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough for Gia. I’ve been constantly criticized, put down, and even threatened each day.

He recalled something Gia supposedly said while they were together: that ‘many men would be eager to be with someone like her.’

Scott read that they didn’t share the same values, and had different ideas about what a relationship and a partner should look like.

Finally, he delivered the crushing blow: ‘Gia, I don’t think I’m the right person for what you want.’

‘It was like watching two different breakups’ 

Insiders say the difference between the two letters was impossible to ignore.

Gia’s was raw, emotional and reflective, while Scott’s was structured, direct and definitive.

‘It was like watching two completely different conversations,’ one source said.

‘She was still trying to understand it… and he had already moved on from it.’
