Annie Kilner and her sister Sian enjoy festive evening with Man City players at Winter Funland (but there’s no sign of Kyle Walker amid divorce battle)
As a seasoned observer of human relationships, I find myself deeply saddened by the tale of Annie Kilner and her footballer husband Kyle Walker. The recurring theme of infidelity, heartbreak, and legal battles over child custody and maintenance is a story that has been told countless times before, yet it never loses its power to shock and dismay.
On a chilly Friday night, Annie Kilner appeared to revel in the holiday cheer alongside her kids, as they frolicked and had fun at the Winter Funland situated in Trafford Park, Manchester.
As a lifestyle advisor speaking here, I can share that a woman, aged 32, has recently initiated a divorce proceeding with her former partner, Kyle Walker, a prominent figure in Manchester City. In response to this development, she’s asked her legal team to begin the process of seeking an equitable division of their assets, which are estimated to be around £27 million. She is preparing herself for what lies ahead in the pursuit of a fair share of Kyle’s fortune.
On Friday, despite being a mother of four, she seemed to have pushed that thought aside, savoring her time with her sons: Roman (12), Riaan (8), Reign (6), and their youngest, Rezon (6 months), whom she shares with the Manchester City player.
Annie was also joined by her sister Sian as well as fellow football players and their partners.
In a relaxed manner, Annie showcased a peek of her well-defined midriff by choosing a fitted black zip-up jacket with a short hem, a simple white top, and stylish, slightly worn-out black jeans with a low waistline.
On the eve of its public opening (from Saturday through Boxing Day), Annie was spotted having fun playing “Hook-a-Duck” with her youngest child, delighting in the attraction together.
Annie parted ways with Kyle back in December, following the disclosure that Kyle, aged 34, had become a father for the second time, this time with Lauryn Goodman. Lauryn was the one who informed Annie via a text message about the development.
Despite the divorce, Annie didn’t let it bring her down. Instead, she put on her best outfit for a lively girls’ night out at Julie Perry’s Christmas party held at The Lowry Hotel last week.
Sharing some lively photos on Instagram, the ex-model displayed her stunning figure in a partially see-through red gown while making an entrance at the venue.
At the gathering, the influential figure not only partook in a leisurely meal but also received a swag bag containing various beauty products as a treat.
As night fell, Annie donned a sparkling sequined white cowboy hat and danced the night away on the dance floor.
Annie chose to initiate a divorce from her husband, Kyle the footballer, as she finds it difficult to pardon him for his actions against her.
The Manchester City captain fathered two children with Lauryn, Kairo, four, and Kinara, 14 months.
In my narrative, I’m recalling the tale of Kyle and Annie, two childhood sweethearts who first crossed paths in the vibrant city of Sheffield during our teenage years. However, throughout the years, Kyle has found himself entangled in a succession of scandals, casting a shadow over his otherwise compelling story.
Following Annie’s initiation of divorce proceedings, a source revealed to TopMob that the relationship has reached its lowest point and it never resembled a typical marriage.
I’ve been absolutely heartbroken to witness the silence between them, as I’m their biggest fan. It seems she’s taking the painful step of divorcing Kyle due to his unforgivable actions. The pain he caused her is too deep for her to overlook. She’s tried, oh, how she’s tried, but moving on appears to be an uphill battle for her.
It appears Kyle has come to terms with things ending, as he’s seemed more cheerful lately, almost as if a burden has been removed from him.
Before Lauryn announced she was carrying his child, Annie had already evicted the footballer from their shared residence.
However, they decided to remain as a pair and tied the knot in November 2021 at Mottram Hall, Cheshire. He popped the question with a spectacular £250,000 ring.
Yet again, Kyle was unfaithful to Annie, this time with Lauryn, resulting in another pregnancy. Their daughter, Kinara, was born in June of the previous year.
Back in December, I, absolutely thrilled and bursting at the seams, shot Annie a text that couldn’t wait: “Hi Annie! It’s Lauryn here. Guess what? Kyle, yes, _our_ Kyle, is the proud papa of our little bundle of joy!
In two weeks, Annie, who was carrying their fourth son, verified that they had separated. Subsequently, Kyle took up residence in a leased mansion close to their joint abode, attempting to mend their bond by working on their relationship.
At that point, he stated to The Sun: “I acknowledge the gravity of my actions and accept complete accountability. My choices and decisions were foolish and unwise.
Last July, Judge commended Kyle for his ‘practical, truthful, and trustworthy’ behavior during the court dispute concerning child support payments with Lauryn in family court.
In the court, Lauryn requested an order mandating Kyle to pay approximately £14,750 monthly for comprehensive child support covering their two kids, in addition to significant amounts for vehicles, home furnishings, property upkeep, and additional expenses like nursery fees.
The athlete expressed disagreement with certain requests, suggesting they should be reduced, in front of the judge. He emphasized that he wasn’t a limitless source of funds, even though he earns an annual income between 3 million and 5 million pounds.
In the decision handed down by Judge Edward Hess, several of Lauryn’s requests were discarded. He found her to be ‘unreliable,’ whereas he praised Kyle for his ‘dignified’ and ‘generous’ behavior.
The court heard that Lauryn began her legal claim two days after Kinara’s birth.
Among her requests, she asked for Kyle to cover expenses like maintaining a hydro-pool, hiring a gardener earning approximately £28 per hour, getting a new car valued up to £70,000 every three years, and installing an air conditioning system estimated at around £33,000.
In court, Lauryn justified the need for a £31,200 artificial turf pitch by stating that Kinara kicked a ball from a crawling position, which could make her a future England footballer, adding: ‘The Lionesses are better than the Lions.’
But the judge dismissed the demand, describing her reasoning as an ‘unjustified evidential leap’.
Initially, Goodman requested £20,000, but in the end, Kyle was instructed to pay £12,500 per month as child maintenance and an additional £5,000 for furniture – an amount he proposed before the hearing started, which is lower than the initial demand.
The England player was also ordered to pay £30,000 for a car to be used by a nanny and other fees.
