I absolutely adore Squid Game, one of my top Netflix series. It’s mind-blowingly captivating and manages to present a unique, heartbreaking concept in an engaging way. The show revolves around the Front Man, along with wealthy individuals who find themselves bored with their lives, wagering on human lives during these intense games. Yet, despite the chaos, the Front Man maintains a twisted sense of fairness as he oversees the games.

After each life-threatening match, the players have the option to decide if they wish to proceed to the next round or not. He believes this choice provides a fair playing field and freedom, but it serves as a justification for their actions. In both series, Dexter and Harry establish a code that allows them to eliminate individuals they deem unfit for society, subtly introducing a complex moral gray area.

Despite a slow start in the first season, the gripping finale left me eager for more, and fortunately, the show has been renewed for another season!

This series isn’t for the sensitive, yet it’s an engaging watch that I wholeheartedly endorse.
