Developer Digital Extremes has just debuted “Warframe: 1999,” offering players a fresh single-player backstory chapter in the sci-fi action game. This update includes novel quests, characters, four distinct mission types, and a new Warframe named Cyte-09, which is the 59th one to be introduced.
In a different rendition of the year 1999, this fresh chapter has you uniting with six Protoframe allies from The Hex, to safeguard the city of Höllvania against the invading Scaldra army and Techrot infestation. Your objective is to locate the malicious Dr. Entrati before the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve, marking the arrival of the year 2000.
Experience the thrill of riding the latest Atomicycle, boasting drifting capabilities, bullet-dodging agility, and the ability to charge into enemies before detonating; assume control as Cyte-09, equipped with stealth technology, wall-penetrating scanners, and the talent to supply elemental ammo for your teammates; and master weapons such as the Exalted sniper rifle, Neutralizer featuring ricocheting bullets and a freeze grenade launcher, among others.
The game “Warframe: 1999” is now live, featuring a fresh relationship and romance system, an action-packed in-game run ‘n’ gun sequel titled ‘Caliber Chicks 2’, customizable Gemini skin cosmetics with full voiceovers, numerous user-friendly enhancements, and a retro 1990s soundtrack.
