As a seasoned survivor of the post-apocalyptic world, I can’t help but feel a surge of adrenaline upon witnessing the latest trailer for Dying Light: The Beast. Ten years have passed since my harrowing escape from the Harran outbreak, and it seems the horrors of that world have followed me to Castor Woods valley.
Techland recently unveiled a fresh trailer for the latest installment in the Dying Light series, titled Dying Light: The Beest. In this upcoming game, players will once again take control of Kyle Crane, the original hero, who has been held captive and subjected to experiments over the past decade or so.
In my gaming world, the newest update unveils a fresh adversary, the Baron – or Marius Fischer in real life. This guy’s a cold, calculating scientist and the last heir of a colossal pharmaceutical empire. He’s been tinkering with some seriously shady virus strains, apparently hunting for this elusive “grand design.” As it turns out, I seem to be just another piece in his intricate puzzle that he’s trying to assemble.
As Kyle Crane, you’ll start a journey seeking vengeance against the Baron, but yielding to your primitive urges might lead to treacherous ground, potentially transforming you into the very monster you abhor. In the unfamiliar territory of Castor Woods valley, you’ll struggle for the survival of its inhabitants, constantly striving to suppress your primal nature.
In the summer of 2025, prepare for “gritty battles” and authentic physics alongside the signature parkour movement in Dying Light: The Beast. This thrilling title will be available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. Catch a glimpse of the action in the new trailer below.
