As a dedicated follower who has witnessed the lives of the rich and famous unfold through the pages of gossip magazines for decades, it’s fascinating to see the next generation stepping into the spotlight. Mia Hewitt, the daughter of Australia’s long-reigning king and queen of the tabloids, Bec and Lleyton Hewitt, has taken a different path from her parents. While Mia’s parents hired an army of security guards and helicopters for their wedding, Mia seems to prefer the laid-back vibe of dive bars in Sydney’s Inner West.

Mia, the teenager daughter of Bec and Lleyton Hewitt, spent the end of her workweek relaxing at the beach with her boyfriend.

On Friday, the musician was accompanied by her rocker partner, Vanda Erich, while they both enjoyed the damp, cloudy weather at Bronte.

Instead of choosing a traditional option, the 19-year-old selected a vibrant cherry red underwire bikini. She completed her beach look with a pair of black sunglasses, providing a shield for her eyes against the sun’s rays.

Instead of wearing makeup, the teenage girl let her natural beauty shine with her caramel sweater draped casually over her shoulders. She also limited her silver jewelry to essentials, accessorizing with a single hairband on one wrist and a simple bracelet on the other.

Meanwhile, Vanda opted to go without a shirt, donning black Canterbury swim shorts instead. He adorned a straightforward string necklace, which Mia tenderly readjusted as she gently caressed his exposed chest.

Although they haven’t publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram, this couple has been spending time together for quite a few months now, seemingly unbothered by the paparazzi who were present at the popular spot in Sydney.

The pair seemed content and carefree while making their way towards the water, engaging in conversation and flashing peace signs for the benefit of photographers.

Instead, consider this option: She and her partner took a brief swim, then relaxed on their beach blankets afterwards.

Last week, Mia, now 19 years old, comfortably handled the focus on her, playfully flipping her hair back over her shoulders, standing elevated above her beach outing companion who was lounging on the sand.

On his beach outing, it seemed that Vanda was joined by one or more of his fellow band members from Liquid Zoo, as they happen to be part of the group.

Mia smiled at him, wrapping a towel around herself following her swim, then playfully adjusted her boyfriend’s necklace with tenderness later on.

The teenager celebrated ‘another lap around the sun’ with a house party last weekend.

On her nineteenth birthday, she celebrated surrounded by friends, seemingly in a shared house within the Inner West, not far from the locations where her indie band, Father’s Daughter, often performs.

Mia modeled her appearance after the mysterious lead singer from the fictional ’70s band, portrayed by Riley Keough (Elvis Presley’s granddaughter) in the series “Daisy Jones and the Six”.

Mia and her companion Cherise are often described as a “free-spirited, contemporary folk-rock duo that embodies the vibe of the ’70s with a fresh take, echoing the soul of timeless icons such as Fleetwood Mac and Nancy Sinatra.

On their Instagram, the young rock band playfully referred to themselves as “Queens of King Street” after recently posting a collection of photos.

In the vibrant neighborhood of Newtown, Sydney, the primary street serves as the pulsating core for its diverse mix of live music, art, and culinary experiences adored by struggling artists and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

But starving artist, Mia is not.

After finishing her shows at grungy nightspots scattered across the Inner West, she heads back to her family’s luxurious $10.3 million property in Glenhaven.

Last November, the peaceful coastal estate with a six-bedroom house in resort style, previously owned by renowned former player of the Parramatta Eels, Nathan Hindmarsh, and his interior designer spouse Bonnie Hindmarsh, was purchased by their parents.

For many years, the Hewitts, namely Mia’s parents, held a dominant position as the leading figures in Australian tabloid journalism.

In 2005, the newlywed pair got hitched in Sydney, and to maintain privacy during their special day, they employed approximately 50 security personnel. These personnel helped control both the pesky paparazzi and the general public, while helicopters circled overhead.

Once-famous singer Bec exuded maternal pride while attending one of Mia’s recent shows at Oxford Art Factory.
