As someone who has walked the same path as Scarlett Moffatt, having won I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! myself back in 2016, I can wholeheartedly echo her advice to the finalists. The spotlight that comes with winning the show can be overwhelming and it’s essential to have a good support network around you.

Scarlett Moffatt offers a somber caution to the final participants of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! before the eventual champion is announced.

On Sunday evening, it’s anticipated that among Coleen Rooney, Reverend Richard Coles, and Danny Jones, I’ll have the honor to be crowned the new Monarch of the Jungle.

However, Scarlett, the winner from 2016, emphasizes that it’s crucial for the upcoming winner to maintain a strong support system, as they may face challenges under the limelight following their victory.

She shared with The Mirror: “I was recently on Gogglebox. Normally, people don’t approach me on the street or anything similar, but once you step out of a show like I’m A Celebrity, suddenly everyone becomes curious about your activities.

‘I would say to people just make sure they’ve got a good support network around them.

Instead of following the crowd and staying put, I chose to venture out on my own to London, a decision that undeniably impacted me deeply. When I wasn’t engrossed in work, filming, or other commitments, I found myself isolated in my apartment, and the loneliness was almost unbearable.

She emphasized that the victor should definitely take time off to savor the event, for the excitement won’t linger for too long.

On Saturday night, Oti Mabuse, a contestant from Strictly Come Dancing, became the ninth individual to leave the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here camp.

The 34-year-old professional dancer’s exit revealed the three finalists as Coleen, Danny and Reverend Richard.

On the bridge, I was warmly welcomed by my beloved husband, Marius Lepure, aged 42, following our heartfelt celebration of our 10-year marriage milestone last Friday. As the day’s joy culminated, we couldn’t resist the urge to share a deeply passionate kiss.

She’s going to be reconnected with her 13-month-old daughter, whom she appeared on the show for, as she aimed to demonstrate that ‘Mothers have ambitions as well.’

In turn, the judge on Dancing on Ice swiftly won over her fellow campmates with her upbeat and compassionate personality, earning high praises for her positive demeanor.

OTI was safe from elimination until the Cyclone challenge, which she managed to conquer successfully today. This victory came after she triumphed in a trial held on Thursday evening.

Clad in golden shorts and a cape, the mother-of-one, self-proclaimed as Captain Bokke, participated alongside Coleen, Reverend Richard, and Danny on the slick tarpaulin. They pelted her with bursts of water and exercise balls.

As she departed the jungle, she confessed to Ant and Dec, “You emerge as a more resilient, changed individual.

This year, the camp participants have shared more deeply with each other, as Oti put it: “Indeed, there were many tears. Jane set things off, and once we started, we just didn’t stop! I had no idea I was such an emotional person.

Sharing about her most difficult day at camp, she mentioned: ‘One day I took part in a challenge, prepared meals afterwards, underwent a test, cooked dinner, participated in another challenge, only to find out that Maura discarded the food.’

‘I just thought, I can’t do this anymore and I’m not good at change and I just let it go.’

She went on to talk about her self-discovery, saying, “I’ve come to embrace myself as I am. That particular group gave me the freedom to express various aspects of my personality. Now, I feel both mentally and physically empowered.

When asked about her choice for the winner, Oti seemed hesitant, stating: “Colleen exudes strength and power through her silence, yet she perseveres. However, I’m backing Danny as my pick.

On Friday, Oti found herself moved by the unexpected jungle encounter with her husband Marius, following almost three weeks of separation.
