If you open 10 Standard Sealed Caches, you’re guaranteed to receive a high-quality, or A Tier, item.
2. Basic Credits

Basic Credits are the primary currency in The Division Resurgence, and they’re readily available. You can earn them by completing missions (both main story and side quests), daily and weekly challenges, participating in world events, replaying completed missions, and exploring the Dark Zone. Selling unwanted items to vendors is another way to gain Basic Credits.

3. Clan Resources

It essentially bridges the gap between what you earn with in-game effort and what you can purchase.
