Viggo Mortensen won’t be returning as Aragorn. Director Andy Serkis has now confirmed reports that a new actor is being cast for the role in the next film.
While discussing his new animated movie based on George Orwell’s Animal Farm, Serkis acknowledged the widespread rumors surrounding a role in the film. He confirmed they are searching for a new actor to take over, but didn’t reveal who it would be.
