Chris Rock isn’t shy about showing off his latest romance.
On Tuesday, the 61-year-old comedian was seen sharing a very affectionate and public moment with someone in a SoHo park.
Rock was seen hand-in-hand with the stunning Simone Henault, and their chemistry was undeniable.
Sitting on a park bench, the couple – both wearing fashionable newsboy caps – shared a kiss, showing everyone around them how much they cared for each other.
Daily Mail has reached out to Rock’s representatives for comment
This isn’t the first time they’ve been seen together in public – they were spotted leaving the popular restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica last month, which has added to speculation that they’re dating.
DJ and content creator Henault is gaining recognition for her diverse skills. She showcases her creativity on Instagram and previously worked as a wardrobe stylist, as highlighted in her 2021 portfolio.
Chris Rock and Malaak Compton-Rock were married for 20 years, from 1996 to 2016. He has most recently been seen with Brazilian actress and businesswoman, Karmel Bortoleti.
The pair was spotted enjoying a cozy stroll together in New York City this past September.
Ever since his split from Malaak, with whom he has two daughters – Lola Simone, 23, and Zahra Savannah, 21 – the famous SNL comedian’s relationships have been closely followed by the public.
After their split, Rock’s name was frequently tied to several women in the public eye.
In 2022, he was seen with actress Lake Bell, sparking rumors of a brief romance.
They were seen together on several occasions, such as at a Golden Globes after-party, but their relationship didn’t last very long, ending after only a few months.
Prior to that, Rock briefly dated actress Megalyn Echikunwoke in 2017.
Throughout his career, he’s been rumored to have dated several models and actresses, but he generally keeps his private life to himself.
Now, with Henault by his side, Rock seems to be embracing his new romance more openly.
This new relationship emerged almost a year after Will Smith publicly discussed the well-known incident where he slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars. He shared unexpected insights into how the event impacted his life and career.
The 57-year-old actor discussed the surprising incident that happened on stage. It started when Chris Rock made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith, the actor’s wife, and her shaved head, which she has due to alopecia.
The moment stunned the world and led to a 10-year ban from the Oscars, sparking global backlash.
During a June 2025 interview with Remi Burgz on Radio 1Xtra, Smith described his journey to self-acceptance. He explained that he’s learned to embrace his imperfections and find strength in his humanity, moving away from striving for an unattainable ideal he previously identified with his public persona, ‘Will Smith.’
He continued, ‘The fullness of who I am to allow that to be better than Will Smith.
Currently, as an artist and a person, I’m striving to reach a level of excellence that surpasses even the iconic image of Will Smith.
