Macaulay Culkin says son, 3, loves Home Alone after brother Kieran refused to let his kids see ‘scary’ film

Notably, Macaulay Culkin played the character Kevin McCallister in the film and also in its sequel, Home Alone 2: Misplaced in New York (1992).
Macaulay points out that Dakota is an ardent admirer of Home Alone, and he playfully relates to the character of Kevin in the movie.
The celebrity said the quote was, “I believe I am Kevin,” to the media outlet. “And I ask him, ‘Don’t you recall sliding down the stairs on a sled?’ To which he responds, ‘Oh yes, absolutely,'” he added.
‘I’m like, “Do you remember when he had yellow hair?” And he’s like, “Uh-huh, yep,”‘ he continued.
Following Kieran Macaulay’s statement, it turns out he won’t allow his children to watch Home Alone due to its numerous frightening scenes.
Culkin mentioned that his son believes he battled actual burglars as portrayed in the movie, and he humorously retorted by saying, “You’re a deceptive deceitful person. That was me!
The movie “Home Alone” hit the big screen back in 1990, featuring an impressive cast including Catherine O’Hara, John Heard, Joe Pesci, Daniel Stern, and Macaulay Culkin alongside his younger brother Kieran Culkin.

Kieran has a five-year-old daughter named Kinsey and a three-year-old son named Wilder. These children are shared with his spouse, Jazz Charton.
In regards to the 1990 film, he explained, ‘There’s still some scary parts.’
For a three-year-old, both the tarantula and the man who mentioned, “I’ll chew off all your fingers,” can be quite terrifying.
