The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart confirms his engagement to Marianne Fonseca

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Drew Taggart’s engagement to Marianne Fonseca is nothing short of a beautiful union. Their love story, filled with twists and turns, is reminiscent of a Hollywood romance novel. From brief flings with notable figures like Selena Gomez and Steve Jobs’ daughter Eve, to more substantial relationships with Chantel Jeffries and Haley Rowe, Drew has certainly traversed the dating landscape.

On Tuesday morning, Drew Taggart from the band The Chainsmokers announced his engagement to Marianne Fonseca through a post on Instagram.

34-year-old musician posted several pictures from their engagement celebration, accompanied by the phrase “Absolutely!” and an emoji depicting a diamond ring.

The photo dump showed off the 34-year-old model’s large engagement ring – as well as glimpses of their party – including red roses throughout and plenty of red wine.

On Sunday, the celebration was held at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, where numerous wine bottles could be spotted in the backdrop.

In May 2023, it was first noticed that Drew and Marianne were seen together, following his brief relationship with Selena Gomez and Steve Jobs’ daughter, Eve.

Drew also previously romanced Chantel Jeffries.

Marianne donned a sleek, black strapless gown adorned with a sparkling necklace, layered on several golden bangles, and painted her nails a rich shade of dark reddish-purple.

She styled her hair back in a bun with two face framing pieces loose around her. 

In the collection of photos she shared, she proudly displayed her sparkling diamond engagement ring, occasionally positioning her hand beside an impressive bouquet of red roses.

The model showed of her hand tattoos and the sparkler.

The singer however opted for a casual look – a black tank top that showed off his various tattoos.

Drew held up a bottle of wine in the some of the images, as they posed for photos.

They also cuddled up and shared a sweet kiss in another snap.

At the engagement party, rose petals adorned every inch of the table, complementing the glasses filled with red wine.

It seems the couple fueled speculation about an engagement following their appearance exiting Giorgio Baldi on Sunday, where Marianne was noticed flashing a diamond ring by raising her hand while carrying a glass of wine.

Marianne hails from Brazil and says she is the Founder/CEO of Gente Beauty.

In January 2023, there were reports connecting Drew, a member of the musical pair The Chainsmokers alongside Alex Pall, with Selena Gomez.

For about a year, he was romantically involved with Chantel Jeffries, but they parted ways in 2021. Additionally, there have been rumors of relationships with other women such as Eve, the daughter of Steve Jobs, model Meredith Mickelson, and social media influencer Haley Rowe.
