World of Tanks Holiday Ops 2025 Brings in Jason Statham as This Year’s Ambassador
As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say the announcement of World of Tanks: Modern Armor’s Holiday Ops 2025 featuring Jason Statham has me absolutely thrilled! Having grown up watching his action-packed films like The Transporter, The Meg, and the Fast & Furious series, it’s a dream come true to see him take on the role of Holiday Ops ambassador in my favorite game.
Wargaming has revealed that World of Tanks: Modern Armor will be hosting its annual Holiday Ops event once more. This time, Jason Statham is stepping into the role previously held by Vinnie Jones as the 2024 Holiday Ops ambassador, following in the footsteps of Arnold Schwarzenegger who was the ambassador for the 2023 event.
In the upcoming “World of Tanks” Holiday Ops 2025, Jason Statham, known for his roles in films such as “The Meg,” “The Transporter,” the “Fast & Furious” series, “Snatch,” and “The Beekeeper,” among others, will be lending his “tough-guy charm” to the event. From December 6th onwards, he’ll be delivering presents and holiday cheer. The event will introduce a revamped hangar with unique tasks and battles, offering new rewards for participants.
Statham stated during the announcement, “Throughout my career, I’ve operated nearly every kind of vehicle, but nothing compares to the thrill of speeding in a tank. This is why I’m partnering with Wargaming as the latest Holiday Ops Ambassador for World of Tanks. I’m eager for the task and looking forward to spreading holiday cheer, along with a dash of intense gameplay, to players worldwide.
