Earlier this month, the previous winner of The X Factor, who is 36 years old, shared that the soccer player, aged 37, took her by surprise by proposing to her at the Rosewood Hotel. She described it as a heartwarming and beautiful moment.
At the charity event graciously hosted by Alexandra and Nick Ede, the happy engaged pair appeared more smitten than ever, snuggling up together.
The performer perfectly embodied holiday style in a vibrant red gown adorned with feathers and featuring a side split that accentuated her lengthy legs.

Oh wow, words can hardly express what a surprising and romantic day I had! I was under the impression we were simply celebrating our anniversary, but little did I know, he would go above and beyond to show his love in ways I didn’t expect. It truly took me aback, as such gestures aren’t common for us.
‘He doesn’t want to spoil me that’s what it is, he wants to keep me on my toes, you know?’
She clarified that she didn’t believe he was anticipating it, as she felt he lacked the courage (honestly speaking). Moreover, she presumed he wasn’t prepared enough at the moment.
Alexandra acknowledged her growing feelings of exasperation due to him still not proposing, following the birth of their two children together.
She stated: “That’s the reason nothing has occurred so far. We’re still young, it hasn’t started yet because he isn’t prepared; he lacks the courage, that’s what I explain to my peers.
Deep within me, I found myself eagerly wishing for the swift arrival of your proposal, as I yearn for it to materialize without delay.
Given that I’ve worked on this issue for approximately a year, I might have assumed it wasn’t occurring due to feeling like I was overburdened with the responsibility and wanting to be truthful.
In September, the runner-up from Strictly Come Dancing announced her engagement joyfully by posting photos of her fiancé proposing.
At the heartwarming proposal, Alexandra was radiantly beautiful in a delicate green midi gown adorned with lace. Behind them lay a table bedecked with fragrant flower petals.
In the photos, the singer added ring emojis as captions, while many celebrities sent their well-wishes to the happy couple on their engagement.
