Lil Xan sought by police for allegedly hitting audience member with microphone and kicking him after Boston show

The latest episode involving Lil Xan, a name that seems to be more synonymous with controversy than hit songs these days, is just another sad chapter in his seemingly never-ending rollercoaster ride through life.
Law enforcement agencies are currently looking for the hip-hop artist, Lil Xan, following an incident where he appeared to strike and kick another individual in a video recorded recently.
On Saturday’s wee hours, as reported by TMZ, a 28-year-old rapper concluded his performance at Boston’s Royale nightclub and started chatting with fans on stage. However, things took a turn for the worse.
The video depicts Lil Xan (Nicholas Diego Leanos), seemingly grabbing a microphone and swinging it towards an individual positioned near the stage, followed by him kicking that same person in the head area.

It isn’t clear what caused the aggressive incident, but it’s not a new behavior for the SoundCloud rapper, as he had earlier brandished a firearm at an individual and used the racial slur at a gas station while arguing over the late rapper Tupac Shakur.

Moments prior, we were all sharing a light-hearted moment with him, grinning and chuckling in his direction. However, the scene shifted dramatically when he unexpectedly reached out to strike someone below us.
The man, who is holding a beer in the video, looks similarly shocked after the first blow.
He stumbles to the side and then falls down below the edge of the stage out of view.
As the man slowly rises, he continues to gaze off the stage, and then, unexpectedly, the performer delivers a blow to his head.
Limping off to one side, keeping his balance, he avoids the performer and eventually makes his exit from the stage, moving through the audience.
In the video, it seems like Lil Xan is expressing intense anger verbally, even though his actual words can’t be heard due to the loud music at the club and the surprised yells from the audience obscuring his voice.
Others in the crowd make soothing hand movements towards him, seemingly attempting to pacify him, but some appear noticeably angry.
Another man the steps out on stage and gently ushers Lil Xan off stage once he finishes shouting.
In the closing scenes of the video, it seems like a man dressed in black is having a disagreement with the rapper. Shortly following his departure, Lil Xan faces the man again and shouts, “Hey, screw you,” although the footage ends abruptly after this remark.
Due to the camera’s angle, it’s challenging to discern the nature of the altercation that took place between the hurt spectator and the performer on stage.
Meanwhile, a different video, filmed from another perspective inside the club, allegedly captures the individual who was ejected giving a rude gesture towards Lil Xan, as claimed by TMZ.
Reports indicate that security personnel at the venue attempted to arrest the rapper, but he managed to slip away before they could detain him.
Reports indicate that an alleged assault occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, as stated by sources within the law enforcement sector.
They said the call described the incident as a case of assault and battery.
According to the sources, a person who witnessed the attack described it as being unprovoked.
According to reports, the man allegedly assaulted by Lil Xan refused any medical help right within the club itself.
It appears the situation may have been graver than suggested by the video, since it was reported that the entertainer allegedly attacked two others while attempting to exit the premises, according to the police.

A rap artist, originally from Redlands, California, started gaining prominence around the mid-2010s, thanks largely to his tracks shared on YouTube and SoundCloud, where he had first made a name for himself.
Previously, Xan openly discussed his battles against addiction to painkillers like oxycodone and tranquilizers such as Xanax (his namesake), acknowledging that he himself had been addicted to these substances. However, he has managed to overcome this addiction and is now encouraging his followers to avoid using these harmful drugs.
In 2019, he was seen wielding a firearm at another man at a fuel station while using a racial slur, specifically the N-word.
It is reported that he was confronted about a previous video where he expressed his opinion that Tupac Shakur’s music was dull, and this critique of his feelings seemed to trigger the dangerous altercation.
Later on, the rapper asserted that he drew the firearm for self-protection, and subsequently, the individual he aimed it at submitted a report to the authorities.
Despite the ambiguity surrounding the events that led to the police investigation, it was later discovered that the man filed a lawsuit against Lil Xan due to the altercation that ensued.
In October, a judge granted the man approximately $28,000 in a case where the rapper failed to respond to the lawsuit, as reported by TMZ.
2018 saw a hospitalization for Lil Xan, a person who used to be in a relationship with Noah Cyrus, due to overindulging in ‘excessive Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.’
