Giada explained: ‘No, I wish I could say yes, but I’ve become exhausted from working too hard for such a long time. I’ve lost the excitement and can’t see an appealing path ahead anymore. I need some excitement back, and if I’m growing tired, my audience likely is as well.’

Dressed in a sheer black top and khaki green, button up pants, Giada, 54, began the clip by telling her 2.2 million followers: ‘Here’s a few little things to remember when you buy olive oil.’
Glancing at the shelves and running her fingers over some displayed items, the fair-haired celebrity shared: “Olive oils of superior quality are housed in colored glass containers, specifically dark-tinted ones. This is because dark glass shields the olives within.
‘They go rancid otherwise, from heat and from sunlight,’ she continued, before advising: ‘Plastic anything isn’t always the best way to hold olive oil.
She mentioned as well that we shouldn’t overlook the tiny plastic particles involved, which aren’t beneficial for one’s health, before sharing more of her suggestions.
Giada mentioned that it would be beneficial to find a particular type of olive,” she indicated, pointing at a specific bottle.
‘This one is a California one and you can see it because they show it right here. All the olives come from the state of California.
In other words, while it might seem like a single olive, it’s more likely that multiple olives are involved, and all of them originate from California.
She suggested that the freshest olive oil, obtained through the initial press, is not only beneficial but also offers the finest taste and quality.
Wrapping up her video presentation, Giada commented: “Ultimately, the choice of flavor profile depends on your preference. However, keep in mind: one olive from a single origin, cold-pressed first for the best taste. Store it in a glass container, preferably dark, as a top-quality option.
