As I delve into the tumultuous life of Kim Zolciak-Biermann, it’s quite evident that she’s a woman who wears many hats – reality TV star, singer, entrepreneur, and now, a Christmas tree saleswoman! Her journey is as dynamic as the Atlanta skyline, filled with highs and lows, drama, and resilience.

It’s reported that Kim Zolciak-Biermann has vacated the seven-bedroom house she shared with her estranged spouse, Kroy Biermann.

Last year, a former cast member from The Real Housewives of Atlanta and an ex-professional football player mutually filed for divorce, leading to a contentious court case due to escalating financial difficulties they were facing.

The house they own in Alpharetta, Georgia is set for a public auction on December 3 because they couldn’t manage to sell it, even after significantly reducing its price.

This week, trucks could be seen moving outside the house, and it’s been verified by a source that Kim, aged 46, has left the property, according to Page Six.

At this moment, it’s unclear if Kroy, who is 39 years old, has vacated the property already or intends to leave before the upcoming auction, given that there are still a few days left.

It’s said that the ex-linebacker has switched careers, now working in the construction industry within a corporate setting, aiming to boost his financial stability.

It’s reported that he has secured the role of Crane and Rigging Coordinator at Superior Rigging & Erecting Co., a position he has held for several months as per TMZ’s sources.

The firm has been involved with various notable ventures including the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena in Atlanta, as well as the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.

According to reports, Kroy primarily handles logistical duties, focusing on improving workflow efficiency and eliminating operational obstacles.

News about him getting a new job arises following the sighting of moving trucks outside their shared mansion, which was just days prior to the planned foreclosure action.

According to TMZ, footage shows that a Peach Movers truck stood in the driveway of the Biermanns’ spacious residence (seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms) in Atlanta, while a bigger Penske truck was positioned outside the property’s entrance.

On that very day, Ariana Lenee Biermann, the daughter of Kroy and Kim, shared that she was spending her holidays at home.

From New York City, a 23-year-old woman who shares the same father with Kim’s former husband Daniel Toce shared an unusual photo on Instagram of her siblings Kane Ren Biermann, Kaia Rose Biermann (who just turned 11), and Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr., who is 13 years old.

Ariana was amazed while stroking a shaggy cow, expressing her disbelief at how big her brothers and sisters had become: ‘I’m still in shock over how grown they’ve become!’ She also shared an image of little Kroy and Kaia snuggled up with a huge black dog under a cozy blanket.

‘S’mores nights with my munchkins,’ Ariana captioned a fireside snap.

This year, Zolciak and Kroy will spend their last Thanksgiving at the lakeside mansion with their daughter Brielle Karenna Biermann, who is now living in Atlanta, as well as their 12-year-old son Kash Kade Biermann.

On November 18th, the estranged couple reduced the asking price for their standalone house listed on Zillow by an additional $300,000, lowering it to $3.65 million. This adjustment was made in anticipation of a potential foreclosure auction scheduled for December 3rd.

It’s beneficial that Kim and Kroy are about to reside separately due to frequent instances where the Milton Police Department had to intervene to stop their arguments, with a recorded incident as recently as November 18, when Kim removed some of her possessions from the shared home.

Constructed back in 2013, the Milton Manor, sprawling across 1.78 acres with a living space of approximately 15,694 square feet, was initially appraised at a value of $5.5 million by residential appraiser Alan Daniel. In 2023, this grand property was first listed for sale on the real estate market by Jenny Doyle, with an asking price of $6 million.

The Biermanns’ residence boasts a heated pool/spa, an in-ground trampoline, a high-end kitchen for chefs, a spacious area for entertainment, a 500-bottle wine cellar with climate control, a billiard room, a game arcade, a home cinema, a two-story walk-in closet, a two-station salon, a fitness center complete with a private massage room, and a six-car garage.

In an interview with TMZ in September, The Surreal Life star expressed frustration because he hadn’t settled any bills at that particular home during that time, while he had paid for two electric bills over the past 18 months.

‘No cables, no water, no phone – none of those things exist. Nothing at all. It seems that man hasn’t paid a single bill for that residence. Brielle has contributed financially more than Kroy has.’

Kim, who was born as Kimberleigh, pointed out that the former manager, hailing from Montana, now possesses a safety net in the shape of his $1.5 million NFL retirement fund following his stint with the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 to 2015.

He’s doing well, but he’s been saving every penny while I’ve used up all my savings caring for my family,” Zolciak stated emphatically.

The debt-ridden exes filed for divorce from each other in May 2023 after 12 years of marriage.

However, it seemed that the difficulties in Kim and Kroy’s marriage started after the termination of their Bravo reality TV show, “Don’t Be Tardy,” in 2020, which had run for eight seasons.

Originally, the Biermanns, whose divorce trial scheduled for November 5-6 has been delayed, first crossed paths at a 2010 charity event for Alzheimer’s disease called “Dancing Stars of Atlanta.

In June of last year, a previous nursing student met up once more with her old Real Housewives of Atlanta colleague, Cynthia Bailey, for a 10-day shoot on the Hulu reality competition series Got to Get Out, as reported by TMZ.

Competing participants reside in a luxurious mansion, vying for a share of up to $1 million in winnings. Alternatively, they could try to seize the entire sum by making a quick escape in a car that appears outside the main entrance at unpredictable moments, as reported by Variety.

Currently, Kroy works as a crane and rigging coordinator for Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. He identifies himself on Instagram as a ‘survivor of domestic abuse, grateful for God’s mercy’.
