As a seasoned FC Mobile player with countless hours under my belt, I must say that the 25 Ballon d’Or event is a breath of fresh air. It’s been ages since we had an event as grind-heavy and engaging as this one.

As Halloween and Dia de los Muertos wind down, and the excitement of the CONMEBOL Libertadores fades, EA is stepping up the ante by introducing the much-anticipated Ballon d’Or event in FC Mobile 25. As a huge fan, I can’t help but feel thrilled to be part of this historic moment as FC Mobile was an official partner for the recently concluded Ballon d’Or 2024 event! And just as promised earlier, the Ballon d’Or event has officially gone live in the game!

The Ballon d’Or is one of the most esteemed individual accolades in soccer, bestowed upon the outstanding footballer from the preceding season. Join us in honoring soccer excellence at the Ballon d’Or event, showcasing top contenders and legendary past recipients of this prestigious prize! It’s time for the Ballon d’Or Ceremony in FC Mobile!

FC Mobile 25 Ballon d’Or Event Flow

Intro

This season, much like before, the initial tab, referred to as the “Intro Tab,” serves as a roadmap for the subsequent chapters and the entire event. It doesn’t carry out any specific function but rather leads users to other tabs such as the “Ballon d’Or Quests,” the “Challenge Mode,” “Exchanges,” and the “Store Offers.

Consequently, the Introduction section serves as your gateway to various game modes offering event-related rewards. Notably, this Introduction Section also highlights the Final Rewards you can secure from the event if you decide to proceed. These Final Rewards encompass a selection of three Universal Rank Player – Mascheranos and two distinct Ballon d’Or Player Packs.

Things do get a real interesting here as the Ballon d’Or Player Packs offer a 97, 98, and 99 OVR Ballon d’Or Player each, along with either a 102 OVR CAM Lionel Messi or 102 OVR ST Cristiano Ronaldo, based on the pack you choose. And suddenly like in previous events, investing everything in getting Mascherano doesn’t seem to be the only logical route!

Essentially, the Main Tab serves as a kind of central or gathering place where you can access everything, including the three Final Rewards. This tab provides information about what’s in store for you during the event. However, be aware that a large amount of the event currency will be required to claim these Final Rewards, as they can only be unlocked after four weeks of receiving Primary Store Rewards have been claimed.

Main

In the primary interface, you’ll find where you log in daily for a sequence of two ability-building games and matches to accumulate ‘Vote Tickets’. The ‘Earn Vote Tickets’ section is where these tickets are stored. This tab also features three ads to watch each day, which can bring in extra ‘Vote Tickets’. To collect more ‘Vote Tickets’, simply complete the skill games and matches.

Afterwards, take a look at the ‘Weekly Path’ for ‘Skill Games’ and ‘Matches’, located next to the ‘Earn Vote Tickets’ section on the right side. This ‘Weekly Path’ is an extended route that offers you a sequence of ‘Skill Games’ and ‘Matches’. Completing these activities will grant you extra ‘Vote Tickets’ and ‘Ballon d’Or Players’. To progress through this path, begin by participating in the Matches and Skill Games and earning Vote Tickets.

As you progress through the courtyard, you’ll collect prizes such as Gems, Vote Tickets, and Ballon d’Or Players along the way. At the end of the journey, you’ll come to a fork in the road where you must pick one path to open a legendary player who was once a winner or nominee for the 98 OVR Ballon d’Or, known as an Icon. Gain additional Vote Tickets by finishing Skill Games and Matches on either path.

Each week brings about the opening of four distinct paths, with only one becoming accessible at the beginning of the weekly reset. The rewards for these paths, which are referred to as “Player Rewards,” aren’t immediately available; instead, they get unlocked progressively throughout the week. This means that while a new path is unveiled every seven days and includes fresh Ballon d’Or Players added each week, you won’t be able to finish off the entire path on the first day of the reset.

Rewards

In this section, known as the “Rewards Chapter,” you’ll find where to use your “Vote Tickets.” The Rewards segment consists of three weekly “Shops” – “Primary,” “Limited,” and “Regular Store” rewards. Each week brings a fresh set of Store Rewards, with the first week being the only one currently unlocked, featuring new Ballon d’Or Players.

At the Main Shop, you have an opportunity to select between two non-tradeable 100 Overall Value Players, with one of them already ranked at 100 OVR. If you’re keen on getting the Player Reward, I recommend checking out the offers from the Main Shop. Just be aware that if you wish to secure the Final Rewards found in the Intro Tab, you will need to claim the Main Shop reward each week for the upcoming four weeks.

Instead of the “Limited Store Packs,” we have packages that provide “Coins, Gems, Ballon d’Or Players, and Universal Rank Player – Mascherano” during the event. If the “Limited Store Rewards” refresh weekly, coinciding with the Primary Store, you’ll get a chance to secure a Mascherano every week! Don’t forget to check the “Primary Store” as new players will be added each week in the “Rewards Tab.

Instead, you could use your “Vote Tickets” at the normal shop to get “Coins, Gems,” or “70-101 OVR Ballon d’Or Players” (for every 20 Vote Tickets). You can collect 70-101 OVR Ballon d’Or Players by utilizing your Vote Tickets at the normal shop. New players will be added in this section for each round. Once you’ve accumulated enough “Vote Tickets” to redeem your rewards from the “Primary Store” or “Limited Store”, you can then use them at the Regular Store.

The final section contains the Reward Path, but it works a bit differently than the usual Rewards Paths. Progress on the Path, similar to the CONMEBOL Libertadores event is made by collecting Vote Tickets and not earning them. Yes, this path is not about spending the Vote Tickets but about earning them! Collect Vote Tickets to claim the Rewards from the path including Coins, Gems, the Golden Glory Logo, and two Universal Rank Player – Mascheranos.

Gallery

In the last tab labeled “Gallery Tab,” previously, all the unique players for specific events were shown. These are the groups of players that can be obtained only through Packs, meaning you can access them only if luck is on your side.

New Players will be available weekly in the Gallery tab of the Ballon d’Or event! Head over to the Gallery to find all Player Items that were added that week. Additionally, there is a Daily Bonus pack that offers Coins, Gems, or 70-95 OVR Players. Don’t expect anything more than some elites at max from this week.

Challenge Mode

Instead of a mini-event, there’s going to be a special mode called “Challenge Mode”! This mode functions similarly to past events, essentially repeating them. However, the unique aspect is that you’ll have an opportunity to compete against players with higher Overall Rank (OVR). Please note that unlike previous Ballon d’Or events, you won’t earn any Ballon d’Or-specific currencies in this mode.

In this setup, there will be both regular Daily Challenges and Weekend-exclusive Special Challenges. These challenges offer rewards such as Players, Gems, and Coins. Since these challenges do not involve Head-to-Head or Division Rival matches, they should be relatively easy to conquer. Don’t forget to participate in the Weekend Challenge where you can potentially win players with an Overview Rating (OVR) of up to 96-105!

Star Pass

Absolutely, the Star Pass is active during the event. The Star Pass offers in-game resources that you can utilize. As you progress through the event by completing quests, your Star Pass level increases, granting rewards like Coins, Gems, Training Transfer Points, FC Points, and more, including Emotes and Kits as cosmetic items.

Remember to take a peek at the freshly released Star Pass, themed around the Ballon d’Or, featuring a 105 OVR player ranked prior, specifically Left Winger Rivaldo. Don’t forget to complete your daily missions to advance through the Star Pass! Accumulating Star Pass Credits will grant you access to more prizes as you progress along the Star Pass path. The Star Pass consists of two tiers: free and premium. You can also utilize FC Points to speed up your progression through the Star Pass levels and collect rewards at a quicker pace.

As per our calculations, the following sums up the chances for F2P Players.

Resource Management

As a gamer, I’ve noticed that the Challenge Mode doesn’t dish out Vote Tickets directly. However, if you happen to have some leftover Pumpkins from previous events, you can swap them at a rate of 3 for 1 in the exchange system, which means 900 Pumpkins will get you 300 Vote Tickets. On another note, playing the event itself is a great way to amass a substantial amount over time.

You can get at least a minimum of 16600 Vote Tickets from playing the event

Additionally, you have the opportunity to accumulate extra “Voting Credits” by converting “Universal Coins” at a rate of 3 “Universal Coins” for every 1 “Voting Credit”, up to a maximum of 400 times per day (which means 1200 Universal Coins will get you 400 Voting Credits daily). So, focus on gathering Universal Coins within “Icon Chronicles” and through playing matches in “Versus Arena”, “Head-to-Head”, and “Manager mode”. This strategy can help boost your daily Voting Credits.

FC Mobile 25 Ballon d’Or Event Tips and Tricks

The Ballon d’Or involves quite a bit of effort, with daily skill games and matches to participate in FC Mobile 25. To make the most out of this event, we’ve gathered some extra tips and strategies for you. It took us some time to compile these insights and do all the necessary calculations, so let’s dive into the details below.

Here are some suggestions for the occasion: Feel free to play everything without worry about conserving energy or stamina during this new season. Since the event began, there haven’t been any ads, and you won’t have to worry about running out of energy or being drained. So go ahead and make the most of it!

Rewards

Based on the calculations presented, it’s clear that by participating fully, you stand to earn at least 16600 Vote Tickets. These tickets can then be used in the Rewards section for purchases. However, if your goal is to obtain the rewards from the Intro Tab, specifically either the Universal Rank Player – Mascherano packs (multiples), the 102 OVR Messi pack, or the Ronaldo pack, you’ll need a significantly larger number of Vote Tickets than what you would earn through participation alone.

To collect the Final Rewards, remember to accumulate all four weekly versions of the Store Rewards Main Prizes, meaning you should secure one out of the two non-transferable 100 Overall Rating Players every week for a cost of 4800 Vote Tickets each. This totals to a required amount of 19200 Vote Tickets per week, which is significantly more than the 16600 Vote Tickets you can earn.

To even things out, you’ll have to swap out your Universal Tokens daily, with a maximum exchange limit of 1200 Universal Tokens for 400 Vote Tickets. If you concentrate on playing matches in Division Rivals, VSA, H2H, and the Manager mode and complete your daily Match and Skill Games from Icon Chronicles, you can amass a significant amount of Universal Tokens, which can be used for Vote Tickets should the need arise.

Don’t forget to make use of any remaining pumpkins from Halloween or accumulated points, as they can help you earn extra vote tickets. By using them, you could potentially gain 600 vote tickets, thereby lessening the gap. Maximize your Mascherano from the event

In the context of FC Mobile, the Ballon d’Or event has resulted in the availability of Mascheranos. Specifically, there is a Mascherano up for grabs each week in our Limited Store at a cost of 600 Vote Tickets. Any unused Vote Tickets can be utilized to obtain these. Additionally, completing the Ballon d’Or Quests will net you a free Mascherano.

In summary, in the Final Rewards, if neither Goat nor your team lacks players in their positions appeals to you, or your team already has better options, then consider acquiring the three Universal Rank Players – Mascheranos. These could be beneficial in the long run. Moreover, you can obtain an additional two Mascheranos every week from Exchanges. If you accumulate them all, you could secure at least 15 Mascheranos just by participating in this four-week event! Quite a substantial return, indeed!

Spanning over four weeks, it’s packed with exciting new elements. For the first time in what feels like forever, we can now use our Universal Tokens as an alternative currency for this special event. So, let’s make sure not to squander them and keep playing the Icon Chronicles Hexad matches and, if you have spare moments, give Division Rivals a go too!

It appears now that the developers are moving towards addressing the community’s concerns, which is certainly progress. Granted, there’s still room for improvement considering the current situation, but this is undeniably a positive shift, and it’s more promising than previous developments.
