As a long-time fan of Punishing: Gray Raven, I’ve always felt a twinge of envy when my friends from Mainland China got access to new content and updates before me. But with Kuro Games announcing their global version synchronization plan, it feels like my prayers have been answered!

As a devoted gamer, I’m thrilled to share that Kuro Games has unveiled their global version sync plan for the pulse-pounding action RPG, Punishing: Gray Raven. The aim is to roll out approximately 2 to 3 updates within a six-week span, with the ultimate goal of aligning all server versions by the close of 2025.

Experiencing Gray Raven, an engaging action role-playing game, combines exhilarating hack-and-slash mechanics with captivating, anime-style visuals. Unfortunately, due to variations in server versions, you may not get immediate access to the latest content if you’re residing outside Mainland China. To tackle this problem, the developers have shared a global version synchronization plan through a tweet on platform X (previously known as Twitter).

The developers have chosen to expedite the update rollout and have outlined a strategy for synchronizing all servers with the latest versions by the close of 2025. This means that you’ll be able to experience the newest characters, stories, events, and in-game elements simultaneously with the CN version once this plan is implemented.

The integration plan for version synchronization:

• Duration of each integrated version: The estimated duration of each integrated version is approximately 6 weeks.
• Included Content: The devs plan to collectively update characters and storylines from 2-3 versions. Additionally, some version-specific events will be adjusted if it is necessary.
• Commencement Schedule: The start time for the updates may vary depending on the progress of versions across all the global servers with the goal to synchronize all the servers with the Mainland China server by the end of 2025.
