2024’s Free Fire esports season is about to reach its climax as the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Global Finals 2024 approaches. The journey that began at the start of this year with a planned roadmap is now nearing its conclusion. The pinnacle event in Free Fire Esports will determine the most skilled team from among the strongest contenders. Moreover, the victorious team will be awarded a substantial cash prize.

FFWS Global Finals 2024: Schedule and Format

The starting date for the event is November 8, 2024, and it will involve a total of 18 participants. Initially, we have the “Knockout Stage,” following which comes the “Point Rush stage.” Ultimately, we’ll reach the Grand Finals.

The schedule of the event is as follows:

In this competition, a total of 18 teams will advance to the elimination round, also known as the playoff stage. These teams are grouped into six sets of three groups each. Over the course of two weeks, they battled it out, and the top twelve teams moved on to compete for a spot in the Grand Finals.

The exciting tournament called “Point Rush” will commence with a total of 12 teams, who will participate in a grand total of 12 matches. Over the span of two days, each day will showcase an equal number of 6 games. Towards the end, only 6 games will be played in the final stage, with the same initial group of 12 teams competing.

18 teams are set to take part in the upcoming event. Surprisingly, only 12 of these teams will make it to the finals. The participating teams are selected from various regional grand events like the FFWS SEA Fall 2024, Esports World Cup, FFWS Brazil 2024, FFWS Pakistan 2024, FFWS Middle East & Africa 2024, and FFWS LATAM 2024 Points.
