As a die-hard fan, I must say I am absolutely thrilled to pieces by Andy Lee’s latest Instagram escapade! The man’s got a Midas touch when it comes to transforming properties, and his $8.5 million Melbourne mansion renovation is no exception.
Fans were left speechless when Andy Lee posted striking photos showcasing the ongoing renovations at his 8.5 million dollar home in Melbourne.
The seasoned host, aged 43, shared a collection of images on Instagram, highlighting the incredible renovation of the property in Hawthorn.
At present, the construction site buzzes with work, transforming into a vast expanse filled with high piles of earth, discarded materials, and powerful equipment.
A remarkable photograph shows Andy smiling next to a worker, with them both perched on the rim of an enormous hole filled with debris and reinforcing steel.
The background revealed a demolished wall from the soon-to-be luxury home, exposing its skeletal framework.
Incorporating a bit of fun, Andy flung a stone into a murky pond situated deep within an unfinished colossal tunnel, enjoying the noisy impact it created.

Andy titled the collection, “Underground pals.” Additionally, it’s never too late to hurl a stone from a precipice into the water – an experience that is absolutely thrilling!
Fans were quick to marvel at the scale of the project.
‘A lick of paint and some cable ties and she will be good to go!’ one person joked.
This offers an impressive viewpoint on just how vast everything seems! I’m thoroughly enjoying observing this ordinary individual’s ambitious endeavor. (Second person chimed in.)
In a more lighthearted manner, a user playfully inquired, ‘Even when the world is coming to an end, would there still be space for me in your safe haven?’
As the foundations are being laid and barriers removed, it’s evident that the change will be nothing short of breathtaking.
Last year, renovations on the lavish Italian-style mansion known as Ravenswood, owned by Andy and his companion Rebecca, got underway. These extensive renovations, valued at approximately $5 million, reflect their ambitious vision for the property.
The comedian has been putting in a lot of effort into renovating the run-down Melbourne mansion he purchased in 2021, reminiscent of a project you’d see on The Block.

Andy and Rebecca won council approval for their development application in June last year.
The design for this location involves constructing an additional structure that will link to the existing Italianate villa via a tunnel. This grand villa, dating back to approximately 1876, is the original building on the site.
Among other features, the 1950-square-meter property will also boast a private theater, fitness center, indoor pool, and an expansive master suite.
According to comments made to The Herald Sun, Boroondara Council has announced its intention to approve a planning permit for the location at Yarra Grove.
