Francesca Farago’s very unusual baby names revealed after she welcomed twins with transgender fiancé
As a dedicated fan, I can hardly contain my excitement! The birth of Poetry Lucia Sullivan and Locket Romance Sullivan has filled my heart with pure joy! Having followed Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan’s journey from their very first appearance on reality TV to their recent pregnancy announcements, it’s a privilege to witness this new chapter in their lives.
I’m thrilled to share some exciting news as a devoted follower: Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan have unveiled the names of their newly-arrived fraternal twins, who made their grand entrance into the world just a few days back!
31-year-old reality television personality and 35-year-old TikTok user posted an Instagram photo displaying their children’s wristbands embellished with gold name tags. (The children are a boy and a girl.)
Jesse posted on a social media site on Sunday: ‘Welcome to the world, Poetry and Locket Romance Sullivan! My children are destined to make an impact on our world.’
Simultaneously, the new mother posted the identical picture, expressing, ‘Our tiny cherubs unexpectedly arrived through an emergency C-section at 36 weeks and 5 days, precisely at 7:31 AM and 7:33 AM on November 11th.’
She detailed, ‘Locket weighed 5 pounds 10 ounces & Poetry weighed 5 pounds 8 ounces! I’ve never been more in love but I’ve also never had more anxiety. They’re perfect.’
The fiancés previously announced the birth of their children just a few hours after their births.
In contrast, although Francesca is a new parent, Jesse has already been a parent for some time, having had a 16-year-old son named Arlo with a previous relationship partner.
On an extraordinary morning of November 24th, at approximately 4 a.m., while I was putting the last touches on our beautifully crafted nursery, an unforeseen turn of events compelled us to make a hasty trip to the hospital due to some troubling symptoms Francesca was experiencing.
As he continued captivating his listeners, he mentioned casually, ‘I packed her luggage and a hospital bag as a precaution, but I had this inkling that we might be returning to our bed that very same night.’
The narrative continued: After getting her settled into the room for examination, they left. I nipped out to get Starbucks. Just two minutes later, upon returning to the room, several doctors entered swiftly, providing us with surgical caps and announcing ‘Happy birthday twins! We’ll be delivering them within the next 20 minutes!’
‘From that point everything happened so fast. Baby boy was born at 7:31am, baby girl was born at 7:33am.’
Jesse was tasked with cutting the newborns’ umbilical cords.
In that very instant, as I observed Francesca meet her newborns for the first time, it reminded me of the day the doctor gave me Arlo. At that moment, I realized my life had become exactly what I’d always wished for.
He enthusiastically spoke about his future spouse, Francesca, saying, “Francesca is simply remarkable as a mother, and I’m confident that we will nurture wonderful children together, including our big brother, Arlo.

Farago first announced her pregnancy in April, after seeking out a sperm donor and undergoing IVF.
In August 2023, Sullivan underwent a procedure to remove nine eggs which led to the creation of five embryos. A month later, in September 2023, Farago also had 18 eggs extracted, resulting in eight embryos.
In May, Farago and Jesse presented several unusual baby name suggestions in a video, puzzling their followers.
In my recent Instagram post, I shared a heartfelt video discussing the adorable baby names that caught my fancy but ultimately didn’t suit our family dynamic.
Included in the list were: ‘Infant, Midday, Journey, Magic, Card (Heart or Hart), Charming, Yellow/Yellowish, Verses, Day of Rest (Sunday), Workday (Monday), November (or Novi), October, Launcher (Rocket or Rocky), and Pebble.’
Additionally, Francesca shared a list that included ‘Prosper’, ‘Darling’, ‘Ethereal’, and ‘Caspian’ among her favorite names, hinting at a potential follow-up video featuring additional names.
She mentioned that she has forgotten numerous beloved names, so feel free to request a continuation! Many of these names may not be commonly used, yet she cherishes their concept.
