- Learn how to reroll and which characters to choose in StarSavior!
- You can reroll more efficiently with the help of Emulators.
StarSavior is a new role-playing game (RPG) created by Studio Bside, the team behind Counter:Side. In the game, you command a team of Saviors and harness the power of the StarSavior. If you’re just starting out and want to reroll your team to get the best Arcanas cards and powerful Saviors, this guide will help.
Before I jump into the game, I always check for redeem codes – you can snag free stuff like Gold and Hero Draw Tickets, which is awesome! I also like to see what rewards are available from any current collaborations, like the CounterSide one. And if I don’t get the character I want at the start, I’ll use a reroll guide to try my luck again until I do!
How to reroll efficiently in StarSavior
Rerolling is when you restart your game account multiple times to try and get powerful characters from the initial banners. In games like this, where you collect characters through chance, getting a good start can make a big difference. It leads to quicker progress, simpler battles, and avoids frustration when facing harder challenges later on.
The game gives you free chances to get new characters right away during the tutorial. Plus, after collecting your initial rewards from the in-game mail, you might even get a really powerful character. Each attempt to get a good character usually takes less than 10 minutes, and you can speed things up by skipping the story scenes and conversations.
You can unlock the Gacha System pretty quickly – it only takes about 7 minutes if you skip through most of the story. Creating new accounts doesn’t have to slow you down either; you can play the game while you’re at it and earn more chances to try the Gacha. If you’d like to learn more about the initial setup or what to focus on, see the details below!
StarSavior Reroll Guide for Android and iOS Devices
StarSavior has a convenient account reset feature that’s quicker than most other mobile gacha games. Unlike many others, you don’t have to uninstall and reinstall the app or clear its data, saving you a lot of download time and storage space.
- Open the game and select “Guest Login.” Do not link your Google, Apple, or Steam account yet.
- Once the opening cinematic starts, look for the “Skip” button in the top right. You can skip almost all dialogue and the initial training sequences.
- Play until you unlock the Gacha system.
- Finish the first mandatory battle (Stage 1-5). Head back to the main lobby and open your Mailbox to claim the launch celebration gems and pre-registration rewards, which should be enough for 60+ pulls.
- Navigate to the “Observation” tab. Focus your gems on the Collaboration Banner, Hilde, or the Asherah Waltz Banner.
- If your pulls are unsatisfactory, go to Settings (Gear Icon) -> Account Management -> Delete Account or Reset Data. Type in the confirmation text, and you will be sent back to the title screen to try again.
The process is quick and easy, and while it does require some effort, the number of chances you get makes it worthwhile if you’re aiming for a powerful SSR Savior.
Which Saviors and Arcanas to Reroll for?
From my point of view, Asherah Walts (also known as Bunny Claire) are strong characters in our tier list. I especially like Asherah Walts for their support and healing abilities, and think they’re a great unit overall. However, feel free to try and get the character you prefer. Once you’ve obtained either Asherah or Bunny, I recommend focusing on the Hilde collaboration banner, as she’s a powerful, limited-time tank.
The game is giving away a free SSR selector, letting you choose any SSR character you want. If you’re looking for the strongest options, we highly recommend getting Lacy – she’s a significant improvement over the next best character on our tier list. Plus, everyone will also receive a random Arcana crate!
Final Thoughts
If you’re rerolling to get a new character, I suggest picking one you like, instead of just choosing the most popular or ‘meta’ option. Don’t worry about getting a ‘bad’ character – none of them will ruin your experience! The game emphasizes teamwork, so every character can be effective when played with the right team.
