MAFS star Polly Sellman flogs wedding dress on Vinted as she sells old clothes following two stone weight loss

As a devoted fan, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of empathy for Polly Sellman, the courageous and vibrant participant from Married At First Sight. Her journey, marked by weight loss, self-discovery, and emotional upheaval, is nothing short of inspiring.

On the online marketplace Vinted, Polly Sellman from Married At First Sight is selling her wedding dress after she lost a remarkable 2 stones in weight.

As an ardent admirer, I’m thrilled to share that the careers advisor, who tied the knot with barber Adam Nightingale (35), from the intriguing E4 experiment, is now offering a collection of clothing! These stylish pieces cater to larger sizes, ranging from UK Large all the way up to 14 and 16. I can’t wait to see what fashionable finds she has in store for us!

Additionally, the star was seen attempting to adjust her wedding gown during the last dinner gathering, following her breakup with Adam, as she expressed her feelings in an impassioned outburst.

Initially listing the dress at £1,800, she has since lowered the price to £1,130, yet it remains unsold.

Polly described the dress on Vinted, saying: ‘Absolutely gorgeous wedding dress.

2024 Justin Alexander UK Dress, originally a UK size 16, has been tailored to fit you specifically but can still be adjusted if needed. It also accommodates the addition of a veil, and it’s available for pickup only.

Additionally, you can buy a size 16 beige dress from Primark at a price of £5. Also, they offer two oversized shirts in pink and green, both size 14, priced at £5 each from the same store.

Lastly, Polly added a glittery Tinsel Dress from Pretty Little Thing in size 14 for £25, a checkered skirt from Primark for just £5, along with two pairs of trousers from Pretty Little Thing priced at £20 and £25 respectively.

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share my thoughts on this intriguing series where contestants find themselves strolling down the aisle hand-in-hand with a complete stranger, all orchestrated by relationship gurus. In the beginning, Polly and Adam seemed to be having a tough time navigating through this unconventional setup.

Initially, Adam struggled to connect with spirited Polly, but eventually, they developed their bond, and later on, they appeared to be content and harmonious together.

Fiery Polly had been at the centre of conflict with many of the show’s brides and grooms.

She admitted recently that she felt profoundly embarrassed upon reflecting on her actions, confessing: “Upon rewatching, I feel deeply ashamed; there’s no denying it.

“I find it hard to sit here and claim I didn’t make a mistake. It was truly terrible, and I want to make clear that I do not approve of such behavior.

Following the completion of filming, Polly began a journey to lose weight, which she attributed to her distress over being bullied about her size on Instagram. Last week, she showcased her slimmer physique.

She mentioned that she’s received numerous favorable remarks regarding her weight loss, along with other compliments, following the show’s broadcast. However, last night’s episode left her utterly shocked and disturbed.

For several weeks, no one from the public gave me any indication that I seemed insecure about myself. Yet, surprisingly, your comments have made me feel self-conscious about my appearance.

It’s incredibly cruel to undermine someone’s self-confidence or make them feel uncomfortable about their body, especially when they’re already under stress. This kind of behavior is among the most thoughtless actions one could take.

‘When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY others are listening. A friend with an eating disorder, someone struggling to lose baby weight, younger family members who have unrealistic body issues.

It’s not right to criticize someone’s physical appearance under the guise of advice or humor. Making fun of someone’s body size can cause emotional harm, and it’s important to remember that everyone has personal reasons for their choices. For me, losing weight was a decision I made for myself, and it’s not for others to know why.

As someone deeply committed to self-respect and wellness, I vehemently oppose the practice of body shaming. It’s a destructive act that can escalate to alarming levels, something I fervently pray never befalls me. Regrettably, it hasn’t aided in improving my self-perception, even after shedding considerable weight.

It’s never right to criticize someone based on their physical appearance. Such behavior is truly despicable and shows a lack of respect for others. Engaging in this type of bullying online is particularly reprehensible. Everyone should feel remorseful for such actions.

‘The next time someone body shames anyone, just remember you’re an AWFUL human being.

‘So congratulations on making a young girl who’s been vulnerable and herself on tv, feel like shit all over again, so well done.’
