On a video shared on Instagram on Monday, Jett Puckett captured his wife as she was getting ready for childbirth in a hospital bed. Suddenly, he presented her with an unexpected surprise in the midst of it all.
With great affection, he spoke highly of his wife as she opened up a distinctive, vibrant orange Hermès Kelly handbag, priced at approximately $12,000 when brand-new. This valuable piece, known to fetch even higher prices, can be resold for over $25,000 in the market.
In June, a pair living in Atlanta revealed that they were going to have a baby, and they recently unveiled the baby’s gender during an emotional event taking place before the baby’s expected arrival.
The clip began with Jett explaining that they were just hours away from welcoming their baby.
He declared that his lovely, pie-named companion Pookie was about to deliver their baby daughter. Now, it’s time for her to receive the gift traditionally given at childbirth, known as a push present.
After giving her a vibrant orange sack to unveil, I couldn’t help but share my exhilaration, explaining that it ranked as the second most thrilling moment of my day.
‘I’m so excited,’ Campbell said as she unwrapped her gift. ‘Oh my god.’
‘Yes, a craie Kelly 25 in epsom leather and with gold hardware just for Pookie,’ he said.
The investment banker, who journeyed to Florida to retrieve a gift for his wife before the delivery date, clarified that the Kelly 25 Sellier bag was directly sourced from Palm Beach’s Palm Beach Pookie.
Pookie chuckled as he mentioned being on a ‘special mission’, so I inquired, “Is that what you meant by that?
‘It’s so beautiful,’ she said before he gushed that the bag was ‘almost as beautiful as Pookie.’
Campbell told him: ‘Babe, it’s perfect.’
Then, her doting husband launched into a sweet and tear-jerking speech.
He shared with her, “You are simply outstanding among all I know, and I wanted to gift you something truly remarkable for this extraordinary occasion.” Expressing his gratitude, he said, “I feel so fortunate to have you as my wife. I feel equally blessed to have you as the mother of my child.
“Together, we’ll make an exceptional parenting team. I want you to understand just how thankful I am for you and everything you contribute.
Campbell responded to Jett with equal adoration and said: ‘You’re gonna be the best dad, babe.
‘Love you. Cannot wait to see you become a dad. I love it. Thank you so much.’
At the end of the clip, the pair shared a sweet smooch.
Following the announcement of their upcoming first child together during the summer, Jett generously presented Campbell with a $5,400, exclusive Dior handbag as a gift.
In April 2018, this newlywed pair is set to become parents for the very first time as they eagerly await the arrival of their child.
