Yellowstone season 5 part 2 episode guide: When and where to catch new episodes
As a seasoned gamer of life with over a decade of binge-watching under my belt, I can confidently say that the return of Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2 is like finding that elusive rare item in a game’s expansion pack. The anticipation, the excitement, and the dread of what might happen to our beloved characters – it’s all too real!
It’s high time to shake off those hats, ladies and gentlemen! The much-anticipated second part of Yellowstone season 5 returns this weekend, promising even more excitement. We’ll finally get some answers as fans explore what this world looks like without the family’s patriarch.
As the series resumes, John Dutton’s (Kevin Costner) future seems uncertain. Could the alliance between Kayce (Luke Grimes) and Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) be powerful enough to secure the future of the fifth-generation ranch? We’ll discover the answer when the show comes back!
On Sunday, November 10th, starting at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, you can catch the comeback of Yellowstone’s fifth season, part 2 on Paramount Network. If your Sunday plans or football happen to conflict with the 8 p.m. airing, don’t worry! You can still watch it later at 10 p.m. Eastern Time on CBS. Additionally, it’s likely that Peacock will carry the new episodes once the entire season has aired.
Fans worldwide can enjoy the premiere on Paramount+ in Canada, with the UK airing it the day after. In Latin America, France, and Brazil, the show will be released later in November. The fifth season consists of a total of 14 episodes, with season 5B comprising 6 episodes. Here’s the release schedule we’ve provided:
- Season 5 episode 9 – Nov. 10
- Season 5 episode 10 – Nov. 17
- Season 5 episode 11 – Nov. 24
- Season 5 episode 12 – Dec. 1
- Season 5 episode 13 – Dec. 8
- Season 5 episode 14 (finale) – Dec. 15
Where can you watch Yellowstone online without cable?
There are multiple online streaming services available, such as DirecTV, which charges $74.99 per month after a 5-day free trial. Hulu + Live TV offers a deal for $82.99 ($60 for the first three months) each month. Fubo has plans starting at $59.99 for the initial month and beyond, while Philo is more budget-friendly, beginning at just $28. Both Philo and Fubo provide a 7-day free trial to new subscribers.
If you’re interested in watching the top-rated drama series from the past four seasons, you can stream it on Peacock. The basic ad-supported version of Peacock costs $7.99 per month or $79.99 annually. Alternatively, there’s a Premium ad-free plan for $13.99 monthly or $179.99 yearly. Moreover, you can purchase and rent individual episodes on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and various other video platforms as well.
What we know about the final episodes
Let’s pick up from where we last were in the first half of season 5. John Dutton, the unwilling governor, is a man who dislikes his job intensely. Few other men share his distaste. He became governor to safeguard his family, his ranch, and similar ranches. Now that the Duttons hold power, there are villains lurking who will stop at nothing to seize it back. Enter Jamie Dutton.
Since finding proof that her adopted brother, Jamie (Wes Bentley), was responsible for his biological father’s death, Beth Dutton believed she held sway over him. However, she underestimated the complexities of the Yellowstone world, as secrets are hidden in every corner, and Jamie is well-versed in them all. This poses a significant challenge. Given her current predicament, Beth believes the only solution is to send him away – a ticket on the train out of town.
Regrettably, Kevin Costner won’t be appearing in the later episodes of Yellowstone season 5B. Although it might seem wishful thinking, there’s unlikely to be a surprise cameo. Instead, we might get a heartfelt montage focusing on the family patriarch. It’s possible that unused scenes by Taylor Sheridan could be used. I can’t imagine how Yellowstone will feel without John Dutton and the iconic Kevin Costner. While other characters like Kayce, Beth, and Rip (Cole Hauser) may take up the slack, it remains to be seen if they can truly fill the void left in our hearts.
The final confrontation between Jamie and Beth Dutton promises an intensity unlike anything we’ve witnessed before. Rip Wheeler remains unaware of the hardships Jamie has inflicted upon Beth, but it’s clear that the station master would be quick to seek justice for her. However, here are the cold facts: neither Jamie nor Beth will survive this ordeal. I don’t foresee a path for Jamie’s redemption. The Dutton children, driven more by emotion than reason, hold the keys to the future.
Don’t miss out on an exciting journey! Tune in live this Sunday at 8 p.m Eastern Time on Paramount Network, or catch it later on CBS at 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
