Nicola Peltz shared a new photo on Instagram Tuesday, showing her doing a split while wearing black gym shorts.
The actress, 31, was taking on a stretching session and uploaded the image to her Instagram Story.
Brooklyn Beckham’s wife stayed cozy while taking a photo, adding a comfortable black sweater to her outfit.
In a photo, she had her dark hair pulled back and appeared to be wearing no makeup, and she was wearing pale pink ballet flats.
People are worried about Nicola’s weight because she’s become very thin. She trained intensely as a ballerina for four months to prepare for her new movie, Prima, and lost weight, dropping below 100 pounds (45kg).
Nicola lost a significant amount of weight to convincingly play Margo, a ballerina, and dedicated herself to a rigorous diet and intense training to prepare for the role.
Okay, so everyone’s been buzzing about how much weight she’s lost, and honestly, it’s a little worrying. People are speculating like crazy – some are saying she’s using those weight loss injections, and others think it’s all the stress from the drama with Brooklyn’s family. I’m just really concerned and hoping she’s okay, whatever the reason is!
However, sources say Nicola decided to lose weight naturally and didn’t use any weight-loss injections like Ozempic. She previously shared her daily diet, jokingly describing it as similar to what a 10-year-old would eat, long before she became a star in the drama.
Each morning, Nicola consistently has a chai tea latte with oat milk delivered to her home in Los Angeles. Although she usually doesn’t eat breakfast, she occasionally enjoys a blueberry muffin with her drink.
Nicola loves breakfast so much that she often eats pancakes or waffles for lunch, because she really craves sweets.
In a 2022 interview with Harper’s BAZAAR, Nicola playfully admitted her description of her diet made her sound like a child.
I really love sweets and always give in to dessert cravings. I know I shouldn’t eat too much dairy, but I often do because it’s hard to resist.
Nicola and her husband, Brooklyn, often make a tasty, low-carb salad when they’re looking for a healthy lunch option.
My daughter, Brooklyn, and I have been making this salad constantly – it’s become a real favorite! It’s incredibly simple: just arugula tossed with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, candied nuts, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. We usually make a large bowl of it.
I usually feel the hungriest right before dinner, and then again late at night – both pretty inconvenient times to eat, honestly.
We enjoy a simple afternoon snack – either fresh bread toasted with butter and balsamic vinegar, or a bowl of Special K with strawberries. The cereal with strawberries is definitely my favorite!
For dinner, Nicola isn’t shy to admit that she barely does any cooking.
Brooklyn often makes Nicola her favorite meal: angel hair pasta with pink sauce, which is also called Capellini. As the main cook at home, he enjoys preparing it for her.
She admitted: ‘Brooklyn always does the cooking, I am a terrible cook.
I can only make the salad, and I’m actually quite good at it! But that’s all I really offer – besides enjoying eating everything else.
She usually keeps candy, chips, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in her cupboard for snacks.
