Lily Collins posts sweet family snaps with her husband Charlie McDowell and their daughter Tove as she gives a glimpse at her ‘work life balance’

Lily Collins shared adorable photos on Tuesday of her family, including her husband Charlie McDowell and their daughter, Tove.

Emily in Paris star Lily Collins, 37, and director Charlie McDowell, 42, showed their affection for each other while lovingly watching their 13-month-old daughter, who was born through surrogacy.

Oh my gosh, they just looked so happy and parental in those pictures – seriously, radiating pride! And Lily, being the incredible multi-tasker she is, even managed to sneak in a peek at what she’s been working on lately. It was everything a fan could ask for!

In one photo, she showcased her fit physique while wearing a black tennis outfit and getting some exercise.

She penned in the caption of her post: ‘Work life balance…’

Lily and Charlie got engaged in September 2020. They first met the year before, while working together on the film Gilded Rage, which starred Charlie’s father, actor Malcolm McDowell.

The couple got married in a small, private ceremony at Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado, in September 2021.

They welcomed Tove via a surrogate in January last year.

The actress is now planning to move from Los Angeles to London with her husband and their daughter.

According to reports, she’s been considering moving back to Britain after enjoying her time in London. She reportedly ‘fell in love’ with the city while performing in the West End play Barcelona over Christmas 2024.

Lily Collins, daughter of musician Phil Collins, is hoping to settle down and is looking at schools for her daughter, Tove, who was born through surrogacy in January of last year.

According to a source speaking to Daily Mail, Lily had a happy childhood in the English countryside and wants her daughter to experience the same.

She expected to love the countryside, but she actually fell in love with London because her friends and family live there.

‘She is particularly taken with the north, like Hampstead and Queen’s Park.’

Lily recently got her engagement ring back after it was stolen from a fancy spa in Los Angeles three years ago.

The actress was heartbroken when a very rare item was stolen from her room at the West Hollywood EDITION Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in 2023.

Lily kept her engagement ring, which her husband had custom-designed and was valued at over £65,000, in storage at the event location.

When she came back, the actress from Emily in Paris discovered her things were missing, but it didn’t look like anyone had broken in.

The actress confirmed the ring had finally been returned via a Chicago based jeweller on Instagram.

She shared a photo of her unique rose-cut diamond ring and expressed her gratitude to @joethejewelerchicago for helping her get it back after it was stolen nearly three years ago.

‘Having this home means SO much to us. I’m still speechless it’s back on my finger.’
