Aisling Bea’s British rom-com is now available to watch on Netflix

As a viewer who’s no stranger to life’s unexpected twists and turns, I can wholeheartedly say that Aisling Bea’s “And Mrs” is a must-watch. With its unique blend of humor, heartbreak, and resilience, this British rom-com (with a twist) resonates deeply with my own experiences.

The romantic comedy from Britain with an unexpected turn, titled “And Mrs.“, has just been made available for streaming on Netflix in both the United Kingdom and Ireland.

In a romantic comedy set in London, directed by Daniel Reisinger and penned by Melissa Bubnic, the protagonist Bea takes on the role of Gemma, a woman who finds herself unexpectedly widowed after her fiancé Nathan (portrayed by Colin Hanks) tragically passes away.

As their wedding nears, Gemma decides surprisingly to go through with the ceremony. Though Audrey, Nathan’s pregnant sister (played by Billie Lourd), is eager to assist, Gemma encounters difficulties in convincing those close to her.

To determine if she follows through with her plan, you can now stream “Mrs.” on Netflix as it has just been added to their service today (November 1st).

The digital version of it became available in the UK in September. If you’re not a Netflix user or prefer not to subscribe, you can purchase or rent “And Mrs” immediately on Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, and the Microsoft Store right now.

In simpler terms, Director Daniel Reisinger disclosed to The Hollywood Reporter that he related closely with actors Aisling Bea, Billie Lourd, and Colin Hanks due to their personal encounters with loss, as his own mother passed away just a week before the film’s production was approved.

As a gamer, I couldn’t help but feel that my mom was watching over us during the movie. It was crucial for us to bring a mix of laughter and tears to the audience. Now, I’m not saying we should joke about grief, but there are instances when a good chuckle can be just what’s needed.

As a gamer here, I can happily share that the captivating series “Mrs” is now streaming on Netflix in both the UK and Ireland. For those who prefer to own it, you can purchase or rent it from Prime Video, iTunes, or Microsoft Store, all conveniently available in the UK.
