Brittany Cartwright displays her trim abs and new chest in tiny crop top after getting ‘mommy makeover’ surgery

Fans will soon be able to watch ‘Vanderpump Rules’ again, and Brittany Cartwright will be returning with a fresh perspective.

The 37-year-old reality star is enjoying life as a single woman and feeling confident, especially after undergoing cosmetic surgery – a ‘mommy makeover’ – last year.

Last year, Cartwright had several cosmetic procedures, including liposuction, a tummy tuck, a breast lift, a breast implant revision, and abdominal reconstruction. She showed off the results while promoting the third season of The Valley on Monday.

Wearing a white crop top and a sparkling denim suit, Cartwright confidently posed for photos at SiriusXM in Los Angeles, showing off her toned physique.

Cartwright had surgery in late 2025 and has openly shared her happiness with choosing to modify her body as she wished.

She shared her happiness with her decision soon after the surgeries, encouraging everyone to prioritize their own happiness and always support other women.

I understand not everyone will make the same choices as me, but I firmly believe a woman’s body is amazing in every way and deserves to be celebrated!

Lori Krebs, representing Courtney Cartwright, shared with Us Weekly that her client had a ‘mommy makeover’ to help begin a positive new phase focused on building self-esteem and personal well-being.

Krebs shared that Brittany had been wanting this surgery for a while, and she finally decided to go through with it.

Per the outlet, the procedures were done by Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke.

An insider also confirmed that the star ‘removed the [breast] implants she had and got new ones.’

Cartwright had surgery one year after filing for divorce from Jax Taylor. They ended their five-year marriage due to differences they couldn’t resolve.

Before Brittany officially filed for divorce, she had already announced publicly that she and her spouse had been living apart for some time.

In February 2024, she went on their joint podcast and announced their split.

I’ve made the difficult decision to create some space between Jax and me, and that means I’ve moved into a new place. Honestly, prioritizing my mental wellbeing is really important right now. We’re still very much committed to co-parenting our amazing four-year-old son, Cruz, and making sure he feels loved and secure.

Oh my gosh, last year, hearing Cartwright talk about her marriage… it just broke my heart. She admitted things with Taylor were really tough, and that the lack of connection, you know, intimacy, was seriously chipping away at her confidence. It was so raw and honest, and honestly, I felt so bad for her. It just sounded like she was really struggling with her self-worth because of everything going on.

She explained to Us Weekly that she felt inadequate and questioned the relationship when her partner became distant and unkind. It felt like they were just living together as roommates, and she finally reached her limit.

I refuse to spend the rest of my life feeling miserable, stuck in a marriage without intimacy, and constantly fighting with my husband. I want a change.

After ending her relationship with Taylor, Cartwright is starting to feel happy again, recovering from a difficult period.

The day she started divorce proceedings, she posted a polished selfie, showing she was doing well despite the difficult situation.

She tellingly captioned the post: ‘Getting my sparkle back.’
