Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 1 Kicks Off in Mid-November With Free Multiplayer Maps

As a long-time Call of Duty enthusiast with over a decade of gaming under my belt, I can confidently say that the upcoming Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has me absolutely buzzing! The return of the iconic Nuketown map, remastered for modern gameplay, is like stepping back into my gaming roots while still keeping things fresh and exciting.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m pumped to share that I’ll be diving back into Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 come mid-November, as Activision has announced the kickoff of Season 1! Yesterday, we got a sneak peek with the debut of the Infected playlist for multiplayer, and to make things even more exciting, the iconic Nuketown map is set to drop on November 1st. Can’t wait to join the action!

In this article, we’re discussing the revamped version of the 2010 Black Ops Nuketown map, which has been tailored to align with the other maps in Black Ops 6. However, it maintains its authentic 1950s aesthetic inspired by a Nevada nuclear testing site. The layout is an exact reproduction, including the arrangement of parked cars and scenery, echoing the original three-lane design. A striking double rainbow has been added to the map’s barren desert backdrop, illuminated across the scorched landscape.

In the upcoming season for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, starting from 14th November, you can expect a plethora of free content such as new Multiplayer maps and modes, an extra in-season Zombies map, and much more. Additionally, Season 01 of Warzone will introduce the Area 99 Resurgence map and the feature of omnimovement.
