As a dedicated follower of Dr. Chris Brown’s career and personal life, I find myself both astonished and amused by his recent revelations. On one hand, it’s fascinating to learn that even a busy celebrity like him spends nearly seven hours a day on his mobile device. It just goes to show that no matter how famous or successful we may be, we all struggle with technology addiction in some form or another.
As a devoted devotee, I was astounded on Wednesday morning when I shared with my audience the staggering number of hours I dedicate to my mobile device daily.
The well-known veterinarian, aged 46, made a surprising confession about his smartphone usage during his appearance on Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Nova.
Chris admitted to the hosts with embarrassment, “Initially, I found six hours and 45 minutes daily from Kate Ritchie unacceptable. But then I figured out that I was actually spending almost seven hours on my screens each day myself.
Kate Ritchie, surprised, questioned Chris about managing to spend so much time on his phone considering his hectic schedule. To this, Chris replied that he usually uses it during non-work hours.
He mentioned that there are specific times throughout the day when he uses it – early morning, before going to bed, and also during the day as a break. To ensure he gets the desired effects, he must carefully portion it out instead of consuming it all at once.
Afterward, Chris playfully admitted that he occasionally glanced at gossip magazines on his smartphone, where rumors about his romantic affairs were frequently featured.
‘New Idea, Woman’s Day! I’m checking to see who I’ve been paired with.’
In January, the TV host disclosed that he wouldn’t be seen dating romantically with anyone casually, only when things become more significant.

Chris mentioned that the curiosity about his romantic partner creates unwanted pressure which he aims to steer clear of, and therefore, he won’t make their relationship public until he is certain they are the right person for him.
Finding the ideal partner is challenging on its own, but when suspicion and curiosity are added, it becomes even more complex. However, once you’re in a relationship, things seem to fall into place more smoothly.
However, what makes it tough initially is encountering that individual, as it might be your first date and there’s a possibility of getting snapped by someone with a camera. This is what he shared with Stellar.
The TV presenter made clear that he keeps his love life private, only revealing it when a relationship has grown strong enough to withstand public scrutiny.

Chris previously revealed he is ‘horrified’ that he isn’t married with children at his age.
As I reflect on my life, if someone had predicted to the 20-year-old me that I’d be unmarried and childless, I likely would have found it utterly dreadful.
2019 saw Chris part ways with his long-term partner, Liv Phyland. Subsequently, he was romantically connected to the beautiful Sydney model Brooke Meredith from 2020 until the end of 2022; however, their relationship was mostly kept private and it’s rumored that they called it quits towards the end of 2022.
