Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves' Roster Expands With 'Taekwondo Hotshot' Kim Dong Hwan

As a seasoned gamer with decades of martial arts-themed fighting game experiences under my belt, the announcement of Kim Dong Hwan joining the roster for “Fatal Fury: City of Wolves” has me genuinely excited! I’ve always admired the Kim Kaphwan lineage in these games, and Dong Hwan seems like a fresh, promising addition.

It has been announced that the “Taekwondo Phenom” Kim Dong Hwan will be added to the lineup for “Fatal Fury: City of Wolves.” He is the son of taekwondo master Kim Kaphwan, possessing his own martial arts skills, and sees himself as a gifted prodigy in this field.

In Kim Dong Hwan’s latest tournament, I found myself carrying a carefree demeanor that earned a stern rebuke from my father. But for the City of Wolves, this time it’s not about fun and games – it’s business. With a heavy heart and a renewed sense of determination, I’ve embarked on a rigorous training regimen. I’m hungry to return stronger than ever before, with a fierce desire for redemption.

Check out Kim Dong Hwan in the trailer below for the upcoming game, “Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves,” which is set to release on April 24th, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. This game will feature cross-play compatibility, rollback netcode, and a new REV system. Furthermore, Ken and Chun-Li are expected to appear as Season One DLC characters.
