As a long-time fan of professional wrestling, I can’t help but reminisce about the days when Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) was a powerhouse in the industry. And when it comes to discussing TNA’s history, AJ Styles is undoubtedly one of the first names that come to mind. His accomplishments in the promotion are nothing short of extraordinary – from being the first-ever X Division champion to multiple world heavyweight championship reigns.

Speaking about the history of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, AJ Styles is one of the pioneers often brought up. From the inception of TNA, Styles played a significant role, earning numerous titles such as the first-ever X Division champion, multiple world heavyweight champion, tag team champion, and winner of the Bound for Glory Series. Yet, as with everyone, age eventually takes its toll on AJ Styles. It remains to be seen how many more years he’ll continue wrestling before hanging up his boots for good.

Imagine if AJ Styles, with a final hurrah, returned to the promotion that first propelled him to fame – TNA? Given the current working agreement between WWE and TNA, such a scenario seems plausible. Styles has ample experience in tag team wrestling and could partner with anyone on the TNA roster, making for an exceptional match with ABC. The prospect of dream matches within TNA, involving AJ Styles, is virtually limitless.

If AJ Styles were to make one last run in TNA, how might his tenure there conclude? How would you express gratitude to a man who single-handedly elevated the promotion, brought it into the mainstream spotlight, and placed it firmly on the wrestling map? I think it would be straightforward. He’d be inducted into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame as a fitting tribute. His final match for the company could take place at their flagship event, Bound for Glory, providing a memorable send-off.

19 years ago, Styles was part of the inaugural Bound for Glory event, and it seems fitting that he could end his TNA Wrestling career at this year’s grand spectacle – a poignant farewell to a man who significantly contributed to the promotion. But for now, unfortunately, this scenario is unlikely due to Styles’ recent foot injury, which may keep him out of action for some time. However, given the current working relationship between WWE and TNA, it’s not impossible that Styles might pay a visit to TNA before returning to the WWE.

AJ Styles is a man who has done it all in professional wrestling. He has wrestled some of the biggest names in the industry, wrestled in some of the most iconic venues in the world and has won some of the most prestigious titles in wrestling history. However, one last run at the promotion that made him famous, TNA Wrestling, would be a phenomenal way to end what has been a legendary and phenomenal career in pro wrestling. It’s time for AJ Styles to go back home to TNA Wrestling.
