Tom Hardy addresses future as Venom
As a long-time fan who has witnessed Tom Hardy‘s transformative portrayal of Venom, I can’t help but feel a sense of exhilaration and apprehension as we approach Venom 3: The Last Dance. With each film, Hardy has breathed life into the character of Eddie Brock, creating a connection that resonates deeply within me.
Title speculation for Venom 3, “The Last Dance,” doesn’t necessarily mean that Tom Hardy will never portray the character again.
Sharing my excitement with you at IGN, I can’t help but express my deep affection for the character duo, Eddie and Venom, as we gear up for the final installment of my comic book trilogy. These two have truly resonated with me!
I’d be eager to work with those characters at any opportunity. Some hidden part of me resonates strongly with them and I’m excited to explore their potential in any role or setting.
I have an unending feeling of responsibility, duty, and care towards those two individuals. I am committed to standing by them throughout their lives.
It appears that there were plans for Hardy to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the actor himself indicated that it’s unlikely he’ll be in the upcoming solo Spider-Man film, as stated by Tom Holland. The script for this movie has reportedly been described as “crazy” and it now has a confirmed release date.
In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, Hardy stated, “You won’t find Eddie Brock/Venom appearing in the next Spider-Man movie, as I wouldn’t have the script at this point.
If you’re interested in knowing about potential future installments of this movie series, you could take a look at how the final scene and any additional scenes shown during or after the credits prepare the storyline for more films within this universe.
Currently, Hardy has joined the cast for Guy Ritchie’s upcoming Paramount+ series titled The Associate, sharing screen time with Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren.
The series revolves around an influential London family who specialize in problem-solving, delving into their professional ventures as fixers and exploring the intricate dynamics among them.
In this production, Hardy takes on the role of character named Fixer Harry, whereas Brosnan and Mirren are cast as the family’s father and mother respectively.
Venom: The Last Dance is out in cinemas now. Venom and Venom: Let There Be Carnage are both available to watch on Channel 4’s streaming service.
